How about a new digital camera with some "sexy" photos of you already on it? Then you can tell her that you can e-mail each other pics of yourselves every day even though she's far away. If she already has a digital comera, you could get her an iPod with some romantic songs already programmed on it, and call it "(her name)'s Playlist" and tell her to listen to it whenever she wants to feel close to you. Those are both really nice gifts, and she will be happy because they're thoughtful since you're in a long distance relationship.

Maybe a cozy sofa throw, a gift pack of hot chocolate, a bottle of wine. All these would be relatively inexpensive, and not too personal. Since she is not your girlfriend (yet) I wouldn't overwhelm her with expensive gifts or gifts that are too personal.

whatever you get her, dont get her jewelry with hearts unless she is into that kind of thing (meaning she wears something else with hearts daily) I personally hate them, and men seem compelled to purchase them because every jewelery counter in the country pushes them on unsuspecting victims... dont fall prey to this horrible idea, buy something that is not a heart... so she can wear it with pride and not feel like she is four...
also so she doesnt have to add something you worked hard to get her to her i'll never wear it jewelery box...

its alooooot easier to get girls stuff then for girls to get guys stuff. even just a stuffed snimal makes a girl go nuts! just to show you care. i prefer little bracelets, soemthing small. or you could cook her a romantic dinner with candles and rose petals everywhere. my bf cooked for me and thats the best present he ever gave me!

go online, type in day spas and the name of her town, call the ones that you find and see if they sell gift cards..........
