i asked him out a WHILE back of course he just had to say NO but eva since then its wierd bcuz he sometimes stares at me and when i look at him we make eye contact does he secretly like me?

He could either secretly like you and every time he stares at you he regrets his decision of how he could've given you up and say no, or he could be just simply rethinking that moment every time he looks at you and ends up staring at you. More than likely it's number one, though i can't tell you that it would be wise to go and ask him out again.

It's possible the best way is to ask a friend who knows him. Ask him and u could find out that way. But don't b too direct. sometimes havin someone ask gets people together if they like each other

Yes, he does secretly like you, but he is embarrassed and shy. Don't bother with him. I like someone too but i deny it. Eye contact is a definite sign of liking .he won ever confess

why don't you just ask him out front and stop wondering. i mean if he does he'll probably wanna tell you. and if not there are other fish in the sea. you should try changing crushes then that might make him jealous(if he says he doesn't like you) so he might ask you out. hope it all works out!! good luck! hope you pick my answer!!!

I think dat he does like you.... confront him bout your feelings.. I am confronting this one guy bout my feelings tomorrow I think that it will make me feel better. May just be sexually attracted to you. If he said no that would be my guess. The question is was he telling the truth?? Ask him again.
