Ex-spouse has gotten rid of some community property including a vehicle, which he asked permission to trade in, but was denied. Court papers clearly state that no one may dispose of, sell, or give away any community property. What can be done to show that they cannot do what they please?

Well i am moving to another state before me and my husband file divorce. He doesnt want me to leave so he keeps telling me that i have to stay here untill it is done. I dont want to stick around for that. What can i do? Is there any site that i can go on? Thanks for all you help

There's this girl at school, last year she'd always be staring at me like she wants to be friends. Then this past Friday (2 days ago) my mom and I went to this restaurant and she was there and she waved at me. I was pretty surprised since we never talked. Everyone says she prolly wants to be friends, and I would like to be friends with her too. I'm friends with her best friend who is very nice, and this girl seems really nice and kinda quiet. I'm kinda shy though, but I want to somehow tell her I'd like to be friends, or at least talk to her, but I'm a little shy. What to do?

Im a 17 year old boy. There's this girl who's been in my class for six years. Since the first time I spoke to her I liked her, I wanted to be with her. Ive tried everything: treating her nicely,badly,acting like I don't care but I still don't get her! I want her to be the first girl to have sex with me but this is the last year I will be seeing her since graduation is coming soon! HELP!! How do I get her?? My ex broke up with me because he didn't feel the way I felt for him. I really loved and miss his parents, they were my second family in this new town I moved to. But I'm not sure what they know about the break-up, I didn't do anything "wrong" so I assume they hold nothing against me. His mother let me borrow a few books and I would like to send them back to her, with a card to the family for the holidays. But I'm not sure what to say, I'm terrible with words! Our moms are really close,so we are.They can be mean so not everybody likes them:sometimes I don't.A lot of people call them b- and I don't know if it is bad with me to be with them.I went to a party with them because one of their moms had her birthday.I asked them to come to the bathroom with me or they asked me.I used it last and asked them to wait coz I was scared.Then I went out to wash my hands realizing they left me alone downstairs.I was SO SCARED and I had my hands still soapy when I RAN upstairs and saw my other friend, Liesel.She is really nice but my two friends don't like her.Liesel called them byotches. She explained that they ran upstairs so I could be alone and told everybody that they left me. They know how I'm a scaredy-cat.She called them mean and ran for me. I am getting married in 4 monthes and I will be 18 in April, I am working now but I am that kinf of person that when i get money I go buy something for my self. Now I was so happy of gettng married, but now I am not sure, because I dont know ow should i ask my parents for money. i think they understand that they will pay money for wedding like all do but i dont like that. Well this girl and I were dating for about 8 months until in 2003 she wanted to be friends because "we moved too fast." I did not want to lose a friend so even though we were not "together", we stayed friends. Since then, We hung out and saw each other at mutual friend's houses and what not but we were just friends. Then, about two years ago, I moved about 60 miles away, and we have only seen each other once since then and that is when she invited me to her 22nd Birthday Party. We talk about once every 2-3 months, to catch up, and as friends. Now here is the tricky part, I just wrote her an e-mail last night, basicially expressing my true feelings and my love for her. I said that I wanted a "fresh start" and I said that she is someone that I really like. So, do you think this is too much? What is a girl's general policy to "fresh starts" with men they once dated? Or can a girl really have a "fresh start" with a guy because he wrote her a note? should I do?? THANKS!

My grandfather's betrothed wife who is also my best friend told my grandfather last night that she doesn't have a hymen and that she lost it riding a horse one day. I know this is true because I was there. She was crying so much because she thought a man would never want to be with her because of it. I remember holding her hand and telling her not to worry and that i could tell the truth about happened to her future husband. Well, my grandpa found out and he is so upset because she thinks she might have been sleeping around on him. I know this isn't true and she isn't that kind of girl. We have no secrets between us and she tells me everything, i know she is a virgin. My grandpa is talking about writing her a certificate of divorce and sending her away, but is still debating it. I have told him about what happened and he doesn't know what to believe. My best friend is so upset right now. How can I convince my grandpa of the truth so they can still get married and be happy?

Ive known this guy as a friend for 3 ears. He moved to another state 2 years back. We keep in touch though. At the beginning of the year i told him i liked him and he didn't reciprocate the feeling, instead he made me feel as though he was still inlove with his ex-girlfriend. so i moved on and we did not speak for a while. When we finaly started talking again he asked if i had slept with anyone and i didn't want to lie so i said yes. Now 4 months down the line he asks me the same question whether i really slept with any guys all those other months. why would he ask me this!

Last night i got drunk and ended up sleeping in the same bed as one of my male friends (who i also happen to have a humongous crush on!) Nothing really happened except a whole lot of snuggling and a tiny kiss. Now he knows how i feel about him, he says there is a possibility that something could happen between us. This would be amazing- EXCEPT for my boyfriend of 18 months! We have had troubles in the past but we are a good couple, we love each other and lately things have been the best ever. He really adores me and i love him with no uncertainly- except when my male friend is around! We have a long distance relationship as i am at uni so i often see my friend more than my boyfriend. I know breaking up with my boyfriend for a crush that might amount to nothing would be a ridiculous thing to do, but i just cant get my friend out of my head- surely if i loved my boyfriend as much as i think i do, this wouldnt be so! My head is such a mess right now! Console/advise please!
