i used divorce-online, and it was brilliant- really simple every step of the way. Probably end up saving a fortune, as long as there's no possible problems that could rise up (eg him contesting it!)
you still have to send it in to the courts, and get part of it witnessed by a solicitor, but the costs are then minimal.
But then, if there IS that possibility, they do different grades & prices with different levels of support.

do not get divorce on line cos if you go to the courts they will give you the papers to fill in and wot you will have to do is find out where your ex lives and ask or hope he will give you the consent to have a divorce. it will cost for who ever wants the divorce 300pounds and when the papers are sign you or him will have to go and swear in the papers in on a oath. then the judge will dicide whether its ok then when you get you nisi you have to wait for 6weeks and 1 day then you can apply for decree absolute for another 40pound then woohoo its done ...going through it myself. the people who do it on line are glorified paper people thats all.do it yourself its safer i paid 40 quid for the papers and there was no need.

You cannot get a divorce "on-line"...
Depending on your state, you can probably get all the papers
you need to file for divorce yourself...
You file the papers in the courthouse of the county in which
you reside...I will probably cost around $150 - $200 to file...
A judge will then review the case and grant you your divorce...

I've thought about this myself, but I think in the end I will use my family solicitor. They're not as expensive as most, and I think talking things through face to face with a real person, as opposed to a virtual one, will be better for me.
Good luck, whichever choice you make.

Well I would suggest a meeting of minds. Doing it on the net might be costly and inaffective.
Is there anyway you can see him? Failing that I would talk to an independant solicitor on that subject and let him/her do all the ground work.
Afer all thats what we pay them for.

I doubt that that would be legal. Go to the courthouse and ask.
