I like to know what usa people think about India……an I had herd about America that even though Americans are rich there is no tight relation ship with family member but their friends to friends relation is very strong … and also I heard that most of the peoples in America go to “old citizen care center” when they grow old since their sons and daughter are not ready to… or they have no time to take care of their father and mother when they grow old….. also some of my friends say that in America….most of the boys and girls will get in to sex with anyone they like before getting married and after one or two years both of them will say “I can not adjust with you…our frequency will never match so let us say good bye “ and get split…. go looking for other mates
This is what I heard about America….anyone can say what you people heard about India or what you think about India…and also plz say me how much I am correct in my views about “America”……..and one more thing.. this not to hurt any ones feeling this is only to know…..that’s all don’t take in negative way plzzzzz

Sweeties day is observed tomorrow. I'm a high school student and have a girlfriend that means a lot to me. I wanted to get her something, only problem is that neither of our parents are going out and i can't really do anything that would make them suspicous (get her flowers, chocolate, etc).

Anyone know any ways i could still make the day special without hinting anything to parentals?

so there's this guy at my school who sits with me and my friends in the morning and we torture him(my friends have this thing with him where when they tell him to "sit" he has to bang his head on the table...believe me i dont get it either)...well recently i've been sticking up for him. his older brother has a GF and i feel sorry for him that he doesnt have one. at tonight's football game i admited to him that i like him and he likes me!!

okay. so here's the deal. i am 17 and for 2 years i have been really good friends with this one guy, brooks. and it's always been more than just a friendship, at least we've always wanted it to be more. there are 3 problems tho. 1) he is 2 grades younger than me, but he is only less than a year younger than me. so it isn't that big of an age difference, it just appears that way and ppl are just like dude you like a sophomore, that's gross! (i'm a senior). 2) just recently he moved to texas. so we are several states away. but we talk all the time. 3) he is my best friend's boyfriend's little brother. so that is slightly awkward to say the least.
i love him to death! but it is just SO HARD because i am so worried about the social aspect of it. we had a "thing" once and people were constantly talking about our relationship. and i just couldn't take it. so i got out. (selfish, i know).

I should be able to deal with this by now...

About a year ago he was diagnosed with cancer. He's gotten through that, but the chemotherapy left him with lupus. Now, we talk all the time, we are deeply in love, we usually get to see each other at this point about once a week (right now it's been nearly two, which is probably why I feel so awful right now).

How do you deal with this? How do you deal with someone who is sick? How do you deal with the pain of watching them suffer, knowing there's nothing you can do about it? Yeah, I've been going through it in varying degrees for a year. But I have nobody around me who can relate to this...anyone out there who's been through this before?

I want to take a friend of mine from school out on a date. Our small town doesn't really have many places to go out on a date to, so I figured I could atleast take her out to the movies. My bf and I have been together for nearly 15 weeks now. Whenever we are at his place he gets me to sleep on a rather pathetic mattress to me its to soft to him its perfect. Now, I know that some people have to because of abusive relationships. But on the whole why do some people divorce after such a short time? Is it thinking marraige is a piece of cake? I need some advice...plz read and provide useful advice?
I have a guy friend that i really like. he is a huge flirt to girls who love public attention, but thats not me. weve had a couple of serious convos and we chat casually almost every schoolday. he is really busy so outside of school the only times weve hung out are a couple times at football games.
Sometimes we will look into eachothers eyes and i get this REALLY intense feeling and it seems like time stops. i think he feels it too cuz its happened several times and sometimes he will come up beside me and catch my eyes and well have one of those intense moments.
we can totally relate to eachother and out of all of his friends he only has a few REAL friends and told me im one of them. i text him and/or call him a few times a week and he responds like 70% of the time...
He likes this other girl, but he told me he likes a lot of girls...could i be one of them? what should i do? thanx!
P.S. Advice on getting him to like me?

There is this guy who I really like & he has been in my classes in every semester of college.. The first time I saw him, we locked eyes for a few sec. We just made eye contact but never talked to me. I decided to ask him a Q. I thought that maybe he was going to talk to me but never did. Thinkin that I wouldn't see him again, i prayed to God everyday to give me a sign if he is worth my time. Now,he is in 2 of my classes! & just stares at me a lot.when I look at him he turns away. I finally had some courage to ask him a Q, he looked surprise. He hasn't talked to me, but he still keeps looking at me. I thought he was shy b/c he doesn't talk to people much.
