ok...My girlfriend asked me to go to the moivies with her and some of her friends.My mom said i could not go.She seemed fine with it on the phone but sence then she has not been the same.I usally wait on her by the lokers then she and i go to class or i walk her there then we hug and say bye ,but now i wait for her she stomps off and we hardly talk ,but i like her alot.My friend said i never hug her right when i am beside her i say yes i do and lean over and try to but she runs away.What do i do...does she like me or is she just mad???

DH and I decided to have our first thanksgiving dinner at the house this year. I told him that I wanted to invite his dad, b/c I want our daughter to get to know him. Both of my granddad's died before I was even born, so it is important that my daughter knows him. Whatever happened (or didn't happen) b/w his mom and dad is their business and we should not need to exclude her granddad.

Anyway, my husband said that his mom and aunts can cook dinner at our house and that he did not plan for us to cook. Folks this man has lost his mind if he thinks they are cooking dinner in our home. Why would I invite them just to have them to cook. They are welcome to bring a dish to share.

How can I keep the peace or did I invite trouble?

I have only dated a couple of girls. But none of them every lasted longer then a couple weeks. I don't treat them bad and offer to give them anything they want. I am the type to go out of there way to help them and talk and listen to them, and they all of said I want someone like you but not you or lets just be friends. too nice i guess.

I HAVE HAD A PROBLEMWITH THE WAYMY PARENTS FOR MANY YEARS. I DONT MEAN THE WAY THEY EAT IN MEANS OF NUTRITION BUT AS THE WAY THEY CHEW AND STUFF THEIR MOUTH! I DONT KNOW IF THIS REQUIRES A THERAPIST OR NOT BUT I CANT THINK OF ANY OTHER WAY TO GET RID OF IT.

ok so there is this guy and he goes to my school. Whenever i went on a fieldtrip he happened to be in my group for one of my activitites.Anyway,i caught him staring at me a couple of times and we talked alot and laughed alot too.Ok,anyway so today when i was leaving school i heard him talking about asking this one girl out and then when i left him and all his friends were staring at me as if expecting me to answer something! plus at school i catch him staring at me all the time.does he like me or is it just my imagination?

i know there are probably a lot, but just out of curiousity,and i am not relating this to a situation in my life or anything, just curious.

If its not the whole truth, its still not the truth right? My friend has this problem with lieing to me when she hangs out with other friends. Its like she thinks ill get mad or something if she hang out with other people. Shes not my husband, she can hang out with other people. I just want her to be straight forward with me. She says that she doesnt have to tell me everything, and she doesnt, I just want enough for our friendship to work. How do I get her to get his, she doesnt reallly seem to get it when I talk to her abou it.

My dad has a Master's degree and is very bright. He is a devout Christian. He actually had the nerve to ask me the other day why, if I love him as much as I claim to, and have so much respect for him, why I don't want to be JUST LIKE HIM?! I told him I am not his clone and he told me not to state the obvious. I told him that I pick and choose the good parts and ignore the other parts and he seems to have a problem with that...lol! I am my own person and have no desire to be just like him. He has many faults in my personal opinion. (He tells people they're going to Hell for example and that they're not really Christians for another example, he fought for and got custody of my nephew in a nasty custody dispute and I don't think he fought fair for another example) My point is I think he is being unreasonable and arrogant to think I should want to be JUST LIKE HIM if I claim to love and respect him so much.
