I like school and i have fun and every 1ce and a while when they joke about me its funny but now its starting to get really annoying (i am in middle school) I am in ^th grade and i swim for a team and everyone else in my school plays football and says im not tough but i want to show them that i am. Also all of my friends are really popular and have girlfriends they keep telling me to ask out this one girl but i dont really want to. I need some help.

Yeah it's annoying when kids makes fun of you, it's low, i could say that you could play their game too but maybe you should just walk away, stop jocking and find someone else who never laugh at you, someone who respect you, i think that an important thing when we talk about healthy relationships, don't you? Well, i know how it's like to be the joke of the class and trust me is awful so get strong and face them don't let them bring you down...

Ah, man. Middle school is the worst period of your life. Things turn around in high school. I guarantee you right now, someone you never thought in a thousand years will be your closest friend by the time high school is over. After that, there's college and that's a blast. Keep in mind kids are trying to impress girls by hacking on each other. Hang in there and remember its only last for two years.

Start by telling them that you don't think that it is funny anymore. Tell them when enough is enough, stand up for yourself. If that doesn't work, ignore them, its hard but eventually it does work. Remember, that they are jerks, they will probably always be jerks, and they will never make it anywhere. They only make fun of you because they are insecure about themselves. They are losers, don't stoop to their level. Don't lose hope, eventually everyone will see them for what they are. I was once the "ugly duckling" too, I know how you feel, but I grew out of it and you will too.

Who wears the bigger headdress? Its all about who looks and acts more overpowering than the other from a psychological point of view. You must put an end to it or it will never stop. You may even have to look mean and nasty to get your point across. It is the way things are in the social pecking order of life unfortunately.

Well this will take a bit of acting on your part and it is harder to do than you think but don't show that it bugs you at all they will soon get bored and move on to another. The game is only fun if it up sets you.

Been there. But it'll get better. Maybe not now, maybe not even next year but eventually it will. You've probably matured intellectually before them.

Middle school sucked for me too.....of course I did a bunch of things to bring it on myself - don't do that.

if they are making fun of you it's because they feel threatened by you and need to bring you down to make them feel better about themselves obviously something is wrong with them
