well what kind of friend turns against you because she thinks you were flirting with her man ? sounds like shes not much of a friend,,if you were my best friend id give you the benifit of the doubt and ask you if you were into my guy...but in any other case you should tell her what is going on so that she wont think its any other thing..

Sounds like your "best friend forever" is a back stabber. I would pull her aside and tell her the truth. If she still wants to be nasty, maybe it's time you find other friends.
