My boyfriend of 5 years and I split up 5 months ago, it was a mutual decision, but now he wants us to get back together. I don't feel the same way and have met someone else, he doesn't know about this however. Is it possible to remain friends with my ex under these circumstances or is it just me being idealistic? Is it better for everyone if I never see him again? Or could we form a plutonic friendship despite our history?

I adopted a child who hates me. He abuses me constantly. We have 4 counselors involved with the 4 kids that we adopted as well as a case manager. We have called the police for domestic violence against us. We are not violent, just the kids are. No matter what the consequence my son continues to put me down. We have tried loss of privileges, a reward system, grounding, loss of personal items, including or excluding him based on his behavior, loss of allowance... what can I do? I am becoming depressed. I no longer have any friends. No one wants to be around him. I am withdrawn at work and do not even socialize with my coworkers. I am so tired of being told how stupid, ugly, fat, mean, retarded and gay I am. I have a husband and he is supportive. We just do not know what do do anymore.

that marriage had to be just one woman and one man. What if my appetites for relationships extend to more than one woman, why sholdn't I have two or three (provided everyone involved is agreeable) Financially it makes more sense (one could stay home with children while the other worked if she wanted to). My ex husband refuses to pay. He was court ordered to pay as of Sept 1. He motioned against it and lost. Now it is over a month and a half and still nothing. My attorney is going to Show Cause him to pay. From my understanding he can motion that too.

I am upset because I can not get a job until I have money to put my little guy in daycare. It would benefit him in the long run to just pay up.

He is taking trips and talking about buying a hot rod. He buys our son new toys for his house and then brings them to the police station where we have to meet for visitation, because of a domestic violence ppo against him. He makes our 3 yr old scream to take the toys. He does allow the toys to come to my house, but it is sick to show me the toys and make our son cry to get them.. Great he buys expensive gifts, what about food and clothing? He is a dead beat! I think my ex is in need of mental help. (No Laugh) He is sickly controlling. I am waiting for the FOC to evaluate his head!

Ok so I am fed up with this guy I have been dating for the last three years! Everytime I break it off with him and start dating other guys he acts like he can't be without me. So I start hanging out with him again and after so long he does something that breaks my heart and humiliates me. I have fallen for his bullshit one to many times. we have 2 beautiful girls and we've been on and off for 10 yrs, finally we decided to get married, because obviously there is something there that keeps drawings us back to each other. We trust each other 100%, but all we do is work, and stay home.. I've approached him on this issue, and told him I wanted a little more romance from him, and to do more as a family, He's been away most of his life, and hasnt really had a chance to date,. he used to buy me lingerie and take me out and just chill at home with fire and desire playin in the back round and just chillin,he's very goodlooking, smart, a hardworker, good husband, good father, he's just good overall. the only thing we're lacking is romance, and just communicating about issues like this, it just turns into an argument. He wants me to teach him how to romance or what romance really is to a women and i dont mind that, but i just want him to come up with his own way of romancing me or surprising. Any ideas on where to start?
