as much as i would like to think money doesnt buy happiness - it sure does seem like it is nearly imposible to be happy without it- i'm not talking about loads of money - but instead just being able to live without worring about how to pay bills, buy christmas, and live reasonably comfortable...some people literally go out with only people with lots of money - these people never change.. if you want a good relationship - money is definitely an object, it is the cause to almost all stress related fights which inevitabaly lead to divorce..a couple that works together can live fine without having lots of money

Most people are superficial and rely only on money.. but the truth is that in the long run money wont matter at all. When it comes down to it the love of a family is what REALLY MATTERS! Thats why there is so much divorce because women in particular PREY on men with "money" instead of looking for the right man. Love is not a word that should be thrown around.. it is to be kept sacred.

Hello bernard,
Obviously, money is important in a relationship, that's why young guys should wait until they're older and making some decent money in the work force before contemplating getting married.

money always plays a role in relationships. Eventhough the saying goes "money buys happiness." I believe sometimes it's true. If you don't have money to pay your bills or buy things you want......relationships start suffering from stress, anxiety and break-ups.

Money is at least 60% of the marriage.

IT DEPENDS THE IMAGE THE OTHER PERSON HAS FORMED IN THEIR HEAD ABOUT YOU.....IF THEY ARE EXPECTING YOU TO BE THE PROVIDER AND YOU CANT HACK IT ALONE THEN THE RELATIONSHIP WILL END BECAUSE OF AN EXPECTATION THAT WAS NOT MET....MONEY
