HELLO!! Stop going back to him and move on. I've fallen for the same sh!t time and time again... sometimes the heart doesn't listen to the mind.

You should realize that he is not the one responsible for your repeated heartaches. You are because you keep letting him back. There is no closure in "getting back" at anyone and in the end what you try to do to hurt someone could come back on you ten fold. Let him go and don't let him back and the next time you get involved in a relationship recognize his routine and don't fall back into the trap again. You will never find happiness if you keep making the same mistake.

The best way you can get back at him is to move on with your life without him and make it something special. Stop falling back into the same routine with him. Decide what you want in your life and your future and go forward without him. When he sees you a year from now and your life is better and you are happier than ever that will be the best revenge.

Move on, find a better guy, and live happily ever after. Trust me, the thought of you being genuinely happy with someone else, and out of reach of his mind games forever, is the sweetest and most long lasting revenge you can take. When he's 60, he'll still remember it, and knowing that you are happy, and off somewhere with a man who adores you, will still drive him crazy.

The best way to get back at him is STOP FALLING FOR HIS B(*^%(%SH0987T! Live your life, see other men. And, this is a hard one for women, you cannot be his friend anymore! No talking, flirting, going out, NOTHING. Men cannot be friends with women, especially with ex-lovers. You need to drop him out of your life permanently. No friendship, no acquaintance, nothing. It is such a big world out there with so many guys that are your fit, don't trap yourself in this losers' endless circle of idiocy.

IGNORE him- guys hate that. Dont even give him the chance to "hang out" hook back up and then hurt you girl! Dont let this IDIOT f*ck with you!
If youve started to date, thats the a good thing, just when he calls or texts- dont answer or better yet, have your new squeeze answer and tell him youre not available and stop calling -Thatll REALLY piss him off!

Break it off permanently and forever. He is just messing with your head and trying to see how many times he can pull your strings. Tell him that its over and really mean it.. Don't call him, or have anything to do with him, so he gets the point.

Why? Just because he knows you're a push-over and can get back into your panties at the drop of a hat? Seems to me that you haven't the sense to give him the kiss-off once and for all. You reap what you sow baby. You certainally must get oodles of satisfaction out of being played the fool because you allow it to keep happening.

Success is the best revenge. Break it off for good with him, you are wiser now and date.
Without the ex dragging you down, you may find the man that is right for you.
Good luck.
