i woke up at 5:30 am took my dog out, fed her and my cat. took a shower, dressed my son drove him to school, got coffee and worked 9 hours went to target did some shopping picked up my son bought some white castles was too tired to cook anything took my dog out again got my son ready for bed and i hung out with you guys and answered some questions im ready for bed good night til tomorrow

I know i already asked this question, but i need some more advice please !

I am head over heals in love with my best friend. We've had a thing for eachother for the past two months now and things have recently been heating up and getting more serious. I'm not sure if i'm his girlfriend even though his family thinks we're dating, and I guess he told some of our friends that we're seeing eachother. He is still friends w/ his ex and it hurts me more than he knows when he hangs out with her, but i'm also kinda friends with her which makes it even harder. He told me he loves me, twice actully, but each time he's said it, he was drunk. Some say alcohol is a "truth searum" but I'm not sure. I know I should just talk to him, but it's not that simple. I can't see myself without him at this point in my life, he is all I need. Do you think he was telling the truth when he said he loved me? what should I do? I need some major advice.

I ma in the 2nd week of my new job. Naturally all my colleagues are new to me and I, new to them.

What can I do to break the ice? I mean, we talk and stuffs but it's all on a formal tone. What can I do?

By the way, I am a senior ranking staff in this organization (and the colleagues I mean are mostly my subordinates) so perhaps they might find it a bit uneasy to ask me for lunch etc. But I know they are nice people.

she said she's talked to a phsyciatrist and it didn't help. I dont know what to do about this if she does this to herself then im gona go crazy and im going crazy already she's one of the only good friends that i have left and if she goes then idk i was just starting to find my way in life but if this happens idk WHAT TO DO!!!! The last time I dated someone, I was 16 yrs old and it didn't work out. I'm 19 now. I have a good personality. I'm in college, have a job, a car, good friends and family, but no boyfriend. Is it because I'm a little shy or just not looking? Why can't I find a boyfriend?

my two daughters have been in & out of DHS child protective services since age 14, because her mother and i live in different cities and she couldn't maintain suitable housing that met HUH standards. to begin with, they were asigned a young, recently out of college case worker who not only had no children of her own, but also very limited (if any) experience in her chosen profession. this counselor was brash, lacked tact, and clashed with my children's mother at nearly every turn, frequently interjectcting her biased opinion of how my children were being raised. eventually, she took my children into the custody of the state, and immediately, recommended the seperation of the two, which resulted in them being placed in foster families some 80 miles apart at the ages of 12 & 14. this traumatized them both, but particularly my youngest.
my oldest began having sexual relations and got pregnant & miscarriaging twice. recently she had a baby and is still in dhs' custody. what can i do?

My fiance is typically this wonderful, fun, funny guy. However, he gets into these "funks" as I call them where he is just miserable.Nothing is fun, nothing makes him happy, he mopes arond, he sleeps, he does nothing. I can't handle this. 99% of the time he rather sit home and do nothing, than go out and be with people. I'm just the opposite. This terrifys me and the future I am about to build with him.

I'm 5'11" and I've dated men who are shorter than me and I have no problem with it and neither do they, so why do people say stuff to me like "you guys look funny together" or "you don't match" and stuff like that? What's really the big deal about the man having to be taller. I'm thinking it might be a security thing, like the woman wants to feel like the man can protect her and vice versa, that the man wants to feel like he can protect the woman. Is this the reason, you think? Or do you think it's because of something else? I mean, I'm 5'11" and a black belt..... if something goes down, I'll have my man's back, you know ;o) But seriously, what do you guys think about this?

Based on answers from previous questions, I got into idea that women needs attention for emotional health and for dealing with kids.... And from mens point of view, they make money for the welfare of the family, to buy car or house .... thinking of future. As a result there are deeply involved in work.
So there comes a gap, a husband who is deeply involved in work and a wife who is looking for love?

I had a guy friend who I had last year but now doesn't really talk to me at all. Last year I was always hyper with my friend when I saw him in the only class we were in together and used to flirt with him loudly like "Lets have sex" or "You're sooo sexy and hot" or like "I like to rub oil all over myself then wrestle with you in bed" Just stuff like that, I was kidding I didin't make it that obvious though becasue me and my friend would get a laugh out of it. He usually took it all with a scared expression or a laugh. One class he purposely stared at my boobs whenever he talked to me and he knew I knew so we laughed. I never knew if he liked me because after I got out of the class and he got with his other friends he ignored me totally expect maybe to wave to me. Another time I was sitting at a table with him and my two girlfriends and slid my foot up his leg to his.. just to see what would happen and he said he had to go to the bathroom. Was that to get away from me or what? confused!
