It would depend on what type of "love" you mean and it would also depend on if you mean "can" or "should". You know?

Yes, that's entirely possible. Just think that centuries ago, boys and girls who did not know each other in many countries go thru arranged marriage. Many of these arranged marriages are certainly not loveless.
In this modern day and age, there are just too many degrees of freedom that people have unrealistic expectations even after they live together for many years before getting married. One would have thought that they love each other to finally get married. Then again, the proportion of divorce is actually higher than people who did not live together, but got married after dating for a while.
On the other hand, don't be unrealistic thinking that the other person would love you just because you are getting married. If you were thinking about that, don't. Be honest and true to yourself and the other person.

you 'can' love any body after married but don't be serious as your true love is the one married to you !
i 'love' all the beautiful girls n those sexy ladies but its all in the mind[only fantasize], never do i wanted to ruin my married n betray the love of my wife at any moment nor the near future !
if you don't love the one married to you then why in the first place you said 'yes, i do'

Uhmm...that sounds like putting a cart before the horse...
You should only marry the one that you love, and would love for the rest of your life, no matter what.
