Before we married (and while our relationship was long-distance), my wife was sure I had an affair with a former female friend. I didn't -- certainly in the sex etc sense. But I did lie about keeping in contact (after gf/wife expressed discomfort with level of contact) with the friend; and in an after-party situation I inappropriately touched friend's boobs. I later confessed all under questioning, and have since (2yrs+) been apologetic, contrite, indulgent (pay her debt$, home alone with kids) and timid - all in the face of unending extreme anger & bitterness.

We conceived baby AFTER scandal broke, we married later still, and now have a lovely daughter. Bitterness & coldness are now getting to me, affecting my ability to hold down work with which to support family (including her son/my step-son). Is enough enough? I doubt I'd get custody, but am I doing the right thing "staying for the sake of my daughter"?

Ok, I go to a small highschool, so everyone knows everyone, and I just cant talk to girls. As in (noone in particular) but we are in a group project I cant start a conversasion. As I just feel that anything I say will sound so out of place for me. (It has an element of truth) as I am known for being dead serious. And anything I say will just not go over as I want it to.

When we are in a group conversation I just dont have anything to say. If i say something it never goes over well, I am not joking.

I just dont know where to begin. I know alot will say just go up and say Hi but I am not their yet. I just want to be able to talk in normal situations.

I have this guy friend who I'm reallly good friends with who is 3 years older than me. the problem is, i like him. And i basically know he likes me back. My mom won't let us do anything remotely close to a date--even when we went to homecoming together!! He graduates this year, and I can't even date until next year!! I have no clue what to do!! I recently left a house i shared with my 6yr old nephew and his mom and moved into an apartment. I MOVED IN WITH MY BROTHER WHEN I GOT INTO FINANCIAL TROUBLE. I WAS TAKING CARE OF RELATIVES WHO AFTER LIVING ON ME LEFT ME WITH THE BILLS. MY BROTHER LET ME STAY WITH HIM IN THE BEGINNING IT WAS JUST ME AND HIM AND I WAS SLEEPING ON THE COUCH OR FLOOR. THEN HIS GIRLFRIEND AND BABY CAME BACK FROM KANSAS AND WE ALL STAYED TOGETHER. MY NEPHEW WAS 3 THEN. I STARTED HELPING BY TAKING CARE OF MY NEPHEW AFTER WORK AND ON WEEKENDS. IT WAS NOT EASY LET ME TELL YA. I GOT COMFORTABLE WITH MY NEPHEW AND TOOK CARE OF HIM ON EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS. WELL BEFORE I KNOW IT 2YRS HAD PASSED ME BY I STOP TAKING CARE OF MYSELF AND WENT TO OLD BEHAVIORS OF TAKING CARE OF OTHER PEOPLE. ON JUNE 15,2005 OUR WOLD CAME CRASHING DOWN MY BROTHER WAS KILLED WHILE ON VACATION IN FLORIDA. I FELT I HAD TO STAY TO TAKE CARE OF TINA AND MY NEPHEW. AFTER HE PASSED SHE STARTED BEING VERY IGNORANT WHICH MY NEPHEW DID TO I LEFT!

Their is this girl i have known for about 2 years.. Shes a year younger then me. Im in HS. People thought we went out or what not at one point because we were close when we werent going out. and now with the start of the school year i see her again and im thinking she may like me? How do i tell tho. She laughs, we hug, we talk ..
Say hi to each other, fool around. or is it just one of those, its only friends thing.. i do like her i think :/
cause if i just go straight out, it could ruin something if she doesnt feel the same .
