Their is this girl i have known for about 2 years.. Shes a year younger then me. Im in HS. People thought we went out or what not at one point because we were close when we werent going out. and now with the start of the school year i see her again and im thinking she may like me? How do i tell tho. She laughs, we hug, we talk ..
Say hi to each other, fool around. or is it just one of those, its only friends thing.. i do like her i think :/
cause if i just go straight out, it could ruin something if she doesnt feel the same .
so how do i really tell if she does, or let her know i want something more?

I'm approaching this from the other side... I have a male friend, who I've known for years, and we literally did everything together, but I only thought of him as a friend, partly because I never thought of him in any other way, and partly because he was like my brother, and it would have been way too weird, and I didn't want to ruin our great friendship. However, I did find out that he was head over heels for me, and I didn't know how to take it. I didn't want to date him, however I didn't want to hurt his feelings. It got worse when he started acting like my boyfriend and getting mad at me when I would do anything with another guy. So, my point is this... We don't hang out very much at all anymore. Unless you're sure she feels the same way, be very careful about how you approach the subject of dating her. You may end up losing a great friend. And then you'd be left with nothing

Well, if she's the type of girl that flirts with every guy she sees, then I wouldn't think too much of it until she makes a move on you. Seriously, don't waste your time with this girl if she's just a female player. I know it sounds retardd, but just see what happends. Hangout with her and just try to get to know her. Everything will work out how it's supposed to.
