when you have to ask if it is to soon that is still probably to soon to propose. when it is time to propose and you are fully sure you want to marry the person you are with you won't have to ask if it is to soon or when it is to soon. you will just know your heart body and mind will tell you that the person you are with is the one.
I hope this helps you in your situation. If you still aren't sure ask your self if you can live without the person if the answer is no the propose.

Well I guess you really have to know when you feel the time is right ya know? I mean obviously not the first day you meet! But probably wait about 6months...? Ask some of their friends to see what they think they will say.
