All the flowers, cards or whatever you give her might not even help. It might be something going on with her. And if you ask her what you could do to make her happier and she says she is happy, then there's another problem.
How long has it been that she's been unhappy? That's another clue.
She could be suffering from depression too. In that case no matter what you did wouldn't make a difference.
Maybe she wants to move on, but doesn't want to hurt your feelings.
I don't know the whole story about your relationship, so it's hard to really answer your question. All I can do is give different ideas.

I don't really agree with the money answers... I think your girlfriend would have to be pretty shallow to actually need that kind of stuff to be happy. If you really want to make her happy, just ask her. Tell her that you really love her and you want to do whatever you can to make her happy. She'll melt. Girls love it when guys put their girl at the centre of their world. They like to be loved. When you're cuddling on the couch, pull her in your lap and stroke the side of her face, and kiss the top of her head. Think about how she makes you feel, and tell her. Call her or text her when she's away to let her know that you miss her and that you're thinking about her (not too much though because this can come across as being clingy). Act as if having her in your life makes you the happiest guy in the world, and she's sure to be the happiest girl.

you should try talking to her instead of asking all of us people what you should do, if you would talk to her about it she might be happier in the situation, none of know what is happening in your relationship but here are some tip1) talk to her
2)listen to what she has to say
3) treat her with respect, caring , understanding, and love.

You don't give many details, but put her on a pedestal if you really like her. Think of her before you thnk of all your guy friends (most of the time). They will accept her if they know she means that much to you. Call her, write her notes, bring her little somethings (it doesn't have to be extravagant)sp?? One time my husband brought me home an artificial rose bud he found at the car wash!!!

Girls like attention. Not necessarily smothering attention but attention. A call during the day that you are thinking about her, a single flower, a walk holding hands. Spontaneuos loving behavior. No girl can resist that.

Be a bit more romantic...a nice card for no reason. A single flower left on the pillow or in her car. A whispered "I love you" when she is doing the laundry. Be thoughtful, be kind.

It would depend on the kind of things she like. Think of those things that she might have been mentioning that she would like & try doing them on thing at a time. That will show that you are listening to her also.

Give her *all* your money, tell her she is the queen and make sure you treat like that too! and last but not least...make sex all about her and give her multiples every time...that should take care of that question
