I recently left a house i shared with my 6yr old nephew and his mom and moved into an apartment. I MOVED IN WITH MY BROTHER WHEN I GOT INTO FINANCIAL TROUBLE. I WAS TAKING CARE OF RELATIVES WHO AFTER LIVING ON ME LEFT ME WITH THE BILLS. MY BROTHER LET ME STAY WITH HIM IN THE BEGINNING IT WAS JUST ME AND HIM AND I WAS SLEEPING ON THE COUCH OR FLOOR. THEN HIS GIRLFRIEND AND BABY CAME BACK FROM KANSAS AND WE ALL STAYED TOGETHER. MY NEPHEW WAS 3 THEN. I STARTED HELPING BY TAKING CARE OF MY NEPHEW AFTER WORK AND ON WEEKENDS. IT WAS NOT EASY LET ME TELL YA. I GOT COMFORTABLE WITH MY NEPHEW AND TOOK CARE OF HIM ON EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS. WELL BEFORE I KNOW IT 2YRS HAD PASSED ME BY I STOP TAKING CARE OF MYSELF AND WENT TO OLD BEHAVIORS OF TAKING CARE OF OTHER PEOPLE. ON JUNE 15,2005 OUR WOLD CAME CRASHING DOWN MY BROTHER WAS KILLED WHILE ON VACATION IN FLORIDA. I FELT I HAD TO STAY TO TAKE CARE OF TINA AND MY NEPHEW. AFTER HE PASSED SHE STARTED BEING VERY IGNORANT WHICH MY NEPHEW DID TO I LEFT!

Start with a phone call. Dont be surprised if they may not be receptive at first but if this is something that you truely want then be persistent. Don't be insulted if you are not welcomed with open arms on your first attempt. Life is short, your nephew not only lost his dad but then he lost you too. Even as a little kid things like that hurt. I am sure that he would be thrilled to have you back in his life, just give his mom time. Good luck and I am sorry for your loss

You left? Do you still want to be with these people? If so, just start taking care of the newphew and being around Tina. Or, you can live with one of your friends so that your financial problems will, hopefully, go away. I know this isn't that helpful, i'm sorry, i tried
