We met online and spend a lot of time together. I fell instantly for her and she says she loves me but isn't in love with me, yet she makes no effort to try and date anyone else but tells me I am more than free to do or see or date whomever I choose except that I can't because all I can think about or see is her. we are a gay couple and have been together for 3yrs.he steals out of department stores or anywhere. he lies to his mom constantly skips school and is very sneaky. he also a very lazy child.all he wants to do is eat and sleep allday. yesterday he stole my cell phone for the second time.and he swore he didn't do it.hours later he did come up with it. i am fed up.

My story is a bit like divorce but involves myself and my younger sister.

The short version is that I bought a run down flat with my sister and we have a joint mortgage. The plan was to do it up and split the profit 50/50. What happened was I ended up having to do the large majority of the renovation work and pay for most of the materials, while she made excuses and eventually refused to acknowledge that she wasn't contributing to anything but the mortgage.

Now the work is finished (and we hate each other) we want to sell, but she is refusing to accept less than 50%. My parents are not helping and say that the work I've done doesn't make any difference to how the profit should be split.

So, my question is does the work done to improve the value of a property come into consideration at all legally? And what is the likely hood of my being granted a higher share if it were to go to court?

I was told that guys red flags go off when a girl cries in front of them or shows emotion. I was also told that guys will run the other direction if a girl over reacts to a situation and freaks out. This situation kinda happened to me. I am head over heals in love with a guy at my church and I have been kinda bideing my time waiting for him to be ready to date again. Well we went down to Cali together, a 14 hour trip by the way, and I over reacted and assumed he had done something that he had not. It hurt him that I accused him of it and despite the fact that he was willing to talk it out at the time, I held onto it and let it get bigger until three days later I litterally BLEW up at him. I used every bad word in the book and it wasn't pretty. I told him today that I was SOOO sorry and that I was just under ALOT of stress this past week but I am not sure he cares.. Do you think I freaked him out? Do you think that theres even a chance for us to be together in the future?

I dumped my ex because he stopped paying attention to me and started giving all his attention to another girl. He reassured me that they were just friends, but I couldn't take it any more. He didn't want to break up with me & he asked if we can still be friends. I agreed because we were together for 4 years & have done a lot of things together. So, the whole friendship thing between him & me was going pretty good. I noticed small changes in him that I thought were an influence of this other girl. Now, he just told me over the weekend that he's really hitting it off with the other girl & they'll probably start a relationship. I'm so pissed at him! I knew it all along & he kept saying "no it's not like that, I'm just friends with her". And I'm also upset that he can pick up and move on so easily. My heart is still broken and I know it'll be a while before I meet someone new. He's still persistent that we stay friends. But is that even possible?

Hey. Ok so theres this guy I like a lot. I would do anything for him if he needed it. But after Homecoming im not sure if I need to just keep it strictly friendly between us, or keep it going. The first problem was that he took another girl. Shes a threat because shes a cheerleader and hes a ball player. Plus he made it a point to tell me he brought one and that she was in the "bathroom". THEN, I told him that he looked nice that night, and I was expecting a so do you but I didnt get it. THEN he called me a Sophmore! I mean, I am one but Im very mature and he only called me that because I showed up early! These things only bothered me a little. BUT the thing is that, while I was talking to him, I just got this friendly vibe.
