It should come from her and her own will. It's not to you to keep your wife sexy and attractive. All you could do is get her a membership to a gym or some Pilates, dance or whatever she likes and is interested in classes.
Your question if you truly care should be :"How can I keep my wife happy?" If she's happy there's a good chance she'll feel attractive and sexy and will do anything to stay that way.

I'm not sure that's something YOU can do - she is an individual; you don't have that kind of control over her. And if you do, then that's sick. Not to mention, what happens if you go bald & your teeth fall out & you sag in places you didn't know sagged? Is she supposed to love you or leave you because you're no longer attractive & sexy?? When you marry someone, it's not supposed to be just because of the way they look, you know. Or did you know that? News Flash - without lots of cosmetic surgery & such, we don't all look like we did at 16. If all you want is arm candy hire a call-girl. If you want a wife, expect changes. Get real.

You can't "keep" your wife attractive and sexy. But you can treat her as if she is - always. Sexy is attitude. After 27 years of marriage, I still rock my hubby's world, and he thinks I'm attractive and sexy, and treats me accordingly. I don't care if no one else does - I'm married to him, no one else.

Well, First you gotta know what your wife wants. You gotta make her feel apreciated and loved, and desired, all women when we feel desired, we usually take more care of that than when we are treated badly, its all in your attitude. You have to make her feel like a queen, and not only because you want something, but because you want her, you love her.

Stop looking at other woman. As you probably know, we men can recieve sexual stimulation through our eyes. So, stop gazing at other women, looking at porn, and watching racy movies and TV. If you starve your eyes from sexual stimulation, other than your wife, she will become sexier in your eyes.

What do you mean how can you keep her that way? I think she is the one who has to worry about her own body and personality. Why don't you worry about keeping yourself that way and then it will inspire confidence in her to look great because you do. Men never think to worry about the way they look.
