Of course you can! Herpes can be spread through kissing as can mono if your BF is currently infected. Though kissing is generally safe, you don't know for sure if your partner is infected.
As for "getting it on" MANY things can be spread that way depending on your definition of "getting it on"
PLEASE PLEASE get informed on sexually transmitted diseases, they are spread because people are misinformed or uneducated... have a look on line or head to your local library =)

Its very rare, the only way you can catch a serious infection through the mouth is if he has an open wound in his mouth and you do aswell. As you can gather the chances of that are next to zero so dont worry about it. If you are to have sex always make sure you take precautions if you are worried.

yes it is possible when getting it on with bf to catch many things kissing has some risks but not as many as sexual behavior

Well yes you can catch things both ways. It sounds as if you maybe young & I think you need to go & talk to an adult that you are close with so that you are not misled.
