4me is:

1. Begin to cultivate an atmosphere of humor and laughter in your relationships by focussing on the funny things in life and enjoying the laughter they evoke. Soon you will be seeing humor all over and enjoying it fully.

2. If you don't laugh as much as you used to and want to correct the situation start associating with humorous, fun loving people and avoid the downers.

3. Learn to laugh at yourself. If you don't you leave the job to others. So many people are unable to laugh at themselves because of their own insecurities and fears. We are afraid to look foolish in the eyes of others and appear to be incompetent. It is important to realize that we all make mistakes and when we do a good laugh makes the mistake seem trivial and human.

we broke up 7 years ago and we havent seen each other or talked in over 5 years. he is married and I have a boyfriend of 4 years that i love dearly, yet at least once a week i dream of my ex and of us getting back together. they are vivid dreams and i awake still feeling his lips. My girlfriend and I are very much in love but I know she is not right for me in the long run. The things that aren't right with us keep coming up over and over. It even caused a breakup for a couple months but we ended up getting back together about 6 months ago. And now some of those problems are coming up again. I told her last night that I wasn't happy with the relationship and things had to change and she begged me not to break up with her and she said she would change back. I thought about it more today and I think we both deserve someone better matched for us and that she shouldn't have to fix something about herself to make us happy. She is an amazing girl and I am in love with her but these things that come up are parts of her personality that she can't change.

HOW DO I DO THIS? It is going to kill me because she hasn't done anything wrong it's just that we are both different now. Im 22 and shes 20. Any insightful help is much appreciated.

My sis-in-law has a boyfriend that wants to control her. he always wants to know where she is and with whom! She's let him do that for a couple of years now, but I think she's getting tired of it. She wants to move back into her own house instead of living with him. As far as I know he's never beat her, but he gets all pissy & pouty when he doesn't get his way. My question is: if he doesn't trust her, can she stay with him and be truly happy? I wouldn't stay with my hubby if he was a jerk like that but that's just me. What do you think?

I know this question has been asked before by Dreamy Romantic. But i still couldn't find what i need. As dreamy romantic asked in his/her question I'm looking for the kind of tin box that is shown in the movie "Jeux d'enfants"/"Love me if you dare" as well. It looks like a merry-go-round or carousel, with red and white stripes on top with a raised center. On the side there are flower imprints on a couple of bands, and pictures of animals such as an elephant, pig, and ostrich, plus a starry sky in the background. Of course, it might be quite difficult to get one that looks exactly the same, so I'll be satisfied with a good enough approximation. I would like to give it to someone as a special present, but I have no idea where to find one. I live in the UK.

I would really appreciate if u can help me and i have really a short time to find it.

myself and my husband dont sleep in the same beds..he was pissed and came into my bedroom trying to get some..it was 2am i was tired and just wanted him to leave but he wouldnt get up off my bed the more he kept trying to touch me the angrier i got..shouldnt i be entitled to peace in my own room??so he wouldnt leave because i was mad...i ended up shouting at him because i got so mad...then he said im not leaving till u calm down..i would calm down 5 more mins this dragged on till 5am and he knew i was up at 7am..we ended up having a huge row were i somehow got him out of my room and locked him out..he stood at my door for at least half hour asking me to open it..is it just me or is THAT JUST WRONG? he seems to think its ok to treeat me like this..and its all my fault because he remained calm and i got angry

whenever me and my boyfriend argue he always says im a bad mother and im lazy coz i only work three hours a day. My daughter is two so i only work part time at the moment so i can see her as well as go to work. i know three hours is not much but its all i can do at the moment. whenever i say im tired he always says why u have sat on your lazy **** all day. ive tried to tell him that running round after our daughter is a tiring job and i go to work as well.

it hurts me to here him say these things. should i go and get another job?

i've kisssed my sister on the lips and in the chest with my tongue when i was about 13 yrs old. She is 3 yrs younger than me. I did it 6 or 7 times. We watched it on the t.v .Now I’m 16. At that time we didn't know that what we were doing was wrong, nobody ever told us that brothers and sisters don't do this and now i realized that it was a very big mistake. By the way my sister and i are very good children. We always obey our parents, do lots of prayers and we never drink or smoke. And now, i feel a bit different from others and also guilty. she still considers me as her brother but i feel like i'm not his brother anymore. Since i've realized my mistakes, I don’t want to look at other girls. there are lots of questions which come into my head and i cannot concentrate on my studies. on top of that i've exams in 3 weeks. I consider me like a criminal. Sometimes suicide came into my head. please give me good advice
