Is it a rule that wife shud be younger, always?

I'm reasking this, with more info.

So he gave me oral second time we met. Moment of passion whatnot, blah we talked, etc. etc. We're both getting over long-term relationships. He calls 2 days later after he gets my # off our mutual acquaintance. He says he wants to see me more and talk to me and stuff but he knows I'm kind of "committed" and he wants nothing sexual. But last time he tried to have sex with me...Anyway, he said nothing sexual, just talking etc.

I saw him and he hugged me as we parted....wants more or no?

I have been living in London for a while now and am completely homesick!!!! My family lives overseas and I miss them SO much. Things have not worked out for me here: still can' t find work, don't have any friends. The only thing is my husband is from here. He wants to move, but am I giving up? What's the right thing to do?
