ask him to dance?

Hey, this is vivi's little sister. i'm 12 and i like this guy, so I asked him to sadie hawkins dance (thats when the girls have to ask the guys) and first he said "im not sure if im going yet but if i am ill tell you", and then later he said "youre really nice but i dont really want to go with anyone". well, i'm pretty sure he's going (i am) and my question is should i ask him to dance? cuz i want to but if i do then he'll probably be like "stop hitting on me!" right? i don't know...

You can if you want, but dont feel bad if he turns down your offer. Since he declined your offer he probably isn't interested.
