i duno. just be ur self i gues. being a girl in all i would be more willing to give a guy a chance if i was in a relationship if he politely came up and said " i know u have a bf, but i really like u" but it all depends on the chick and how serious she is with the guys shes with. i mean it might be a bit disrespsctful to ask her but hey, u might as well.

I am sure she saw you before going in for the other guy. So please look elsewhere. There are other single ladies looking out for guys and I am sure when you look hard you will find the one who will suit you well.
You might turn her into an enemy if she is already your friend by trying to convince her that you are the best one for her.
I don't think she will leave her guy for you.

stay well clear! what if you get this girl and the next thing you start thinking she is going to run off with the next person that talks to her. It would be down hill from the start

you cant make someone like you and if u are ur not in a healthy relationship. although you could become friends with her...sometimes best friends are better than dating because friendships generally last longer than bf/gf's if u genuinely like her you will window shop without letting her know you are
