My mom thinks that I'm going out with my guy friend and no matter how many times I tell her that we're not she still doesn't believe me. She's even told him to leave me alone twice and it's really starting to piss me off. Ive asked her why she hates him so much but she just says she doesn't. Obviously she doesn't like him cuz why would she tell him to leave me alone. What can I do or say to her so that she leaves me alone and stops giving me crap?

I am a senior in High School, and never had a girlfriend. I am not sure what girls want in a guy. I am pretty shy and reserved. In terms of looks, I am no Brad Pitt but I am not bad. Any advice?

I want to make sure, since I am legally inept, that I am not getting myself into something I should have a lawyer for. We already share time with our child but will this stop me from moving out of state if I need to? Grant him anything specific?

My friend tried to tell me that the way you dress makes a big difference in if a girl wants you or not. I told him that's b.s. because if your conversation, charm, etc. is good enough you can look like a bum and still get any female to be by your side. Even a drop dead gorgeous type. I dress any way I want to and I still holler at the ladies regardless of what I look like because frankly I don't give a damn. He's always like you can't wear that at the club with me. He's real self conscious and I'm not when it comes to clothes, fashion, color coordinating and all that garbage! What do you think? Clothes make a difference to a female yes or no?

He said, 'He's going to stand his ground"! I found **** on him before with his cell phone. I figured he would unlock now but he's not. Help.......

no, I am not gay.

I am a 40 year old (non virgin) that has been in so many bad relationships, I don't want to face another let down or heart break. There has to be some woman out there without major baggage and problems and one that wont lie or cheat on me....I don't know, maybe I am destined to be alone feeling sorry for myself for rest of life?

I stole $200 off my parents and they found out about it today. I feel horrible and I know no matter how many times I say I'm sorry, it won't fix it. They grounded from seeing my boyfriend for a long time and I went off on them because of that. I don't know how to get their trust back. This isn't the first time this has happened. I'm a horrible daughter. But I really want them to be abe to trust me again. I love my parents and don't mean to ever hurt them. I just don't think they'll ever trust me again.

I know there are sooo many of these questions out there...and part of me believes that if one has to ask....then the answer is already there...but, I am truly heartbroken over the following:

I am with a sweet, nice, funny, and supportive as can be man and we have been dating for the past five years after meeting in college. I have a great career and have always known what I wanted in life...the typical Type A.

My boyfriend is a polar opposite...more of a free spirit, spends all his money, has nothing saved...doesn't know what he wants to do...maybe go back to school...was laid off of work...has had a very difficult time finding a job (almost a year now)...

I love him so much, but I (selfishly) feel that I don't want to be taking care of him and having to help him figure out what kind of job he wants, editing his resume, and trying to help him learn to save money...he and my family have said that he's not good enough...Is there hope, or is it time to move on?

Due to the ever-increasing divorce rate, people should not get married but rather stay single and only live in partnerships.

In the modern world the marriage is just proven as divorced phenomena, it seems that people get married only for divorce. Some general people to high standard people, who are not content with their marriages, seek for a way out from this boundary despite the fact that they feel extremely restricted and encounter the unsatisfied relationship. Therefore, this essay will explain the fundamental reasons for why people should not get married but rather stay single and only live in partnerships.

First, remaining with a partnership relation is always better than getting married in order to have own freedom. From the time of birth, a person always seeks freedom because there is nothing more important than freedom. Even animals seek freedom: they want to get out from the zoos or the cages. Marriage is a boundary that people cannot get away easily from, despite one’s desperately willing to get out. In fact, when one engages or involves in marriage one’s freedom is swept away. Even though divorce can make them free from the paper or law, backward people (people from backward society) could not get divorced because of someone’s threatening or they also might not know such law is existed which can make them free from this boundary. As a result, they must live with one’s husband or wife whether or not they feel so miserable and sometimes desire to commit suicide. Therefore, remaining only in partnership is always good since law cannot bind them; furthermore, a person living in partnership has more choices out of life than a married person does.

Next, in order to be free from law and losing one’s own property only remaining in partnership is the best way. Once a person gets married generally, one’s property becomes the property of couple or both. Thus, taking advantage of it one’s who is not the real owner of that property can file for the divorce hoping he/she could gain half of it. Whether or not its lawful the owner could not restrain it from being divided. On the other, being only as partnership the property is always in the secure phenomena. Indeed, it doesn’t bring the shame to related family and to society though they break up as such event sometimes would bring shameful circumstances to family and society.

Finally, although opponents assert that marriage always secure to women in some countries including Asian countries such as India, Nepal, Bhutan etc. it is often domination to women because those women, who lost their husbands, always are forced to wear white cloths; it means that they could not get married again, and also they are even treated as bad as imaginary witch; saying that their husbands pass away because of their evilness. Other reason why marriage is domination to women is, they have to write Mrs. whereas men don’t demonstrate their title that other could know whether they are married or not. Therefore, marriage is harmful to one’s life, family, and society.

In conclusion, as the marriage is restriction, domination, freedom loser , its always better to stand far apart from marriage. To be exemplary or good family in the society love is extremely important rather than only sign paper that might contain numbers of conspiracies. If fact, if people do not be aware of all these things more suicidal cases, crimes, discriminations, and peace-less atmosphere will increase rapidly.

This is not a discussion on whether ghosts are real, I don't care about that.

I'm watching Discovery's "A Haunting." This ex-Ranger and his wife SEE freakin' ghosts. They are *obviously* not friendly. They have a young daughter and an older (8ish) son.

The son sees the same ghost as the Dad. These people REALLY BELIEVE THERE'S FREAKIN GHOSTS IN THEIR HOUSE.

So what do they do? They hire a ghostbuster. After the mom has her hair pulled, their son sees a ghost, the adults see a ghost - weird things constantly. Then, baby daughter starts "having trouble sleeping," and INSTEAD OF GOING TO A HOTEL, they have ghostbuster set up video. And she finds out that an evil presence is threatening their child. So here's what I want to know. (assume it's real)

1. Do you leave or keep your family in perceived danger?
2. WHY would someone not just LEAVE - if they REALLY believe what they're "seeing?"
