I am a senior in High School, and never had a girlfriend. I am not sure what girls want in a guy. I am pretty shy and reserved. In terms of looks, I am no Brad Pitt but I am not bad. Any advice?

Girls look for honesty, trustworthiness, and a kind person. Depending on the girl. Don't show off and be like Mr. Macho because then you'll just irritate them. Just be yourself. That's the best you can do.

here you go: girls want a guy who is usually good looking, has money, is smart, or stands out in some way. But there are other options. Shy is alright but only to a point. You need to not be so shy that you are afraid to be friendly, show affection, or speak your opinions (in a tactful and unconceited manner!!!). Girls, and everyone else will love that stuff. The main things, as with all things in life, is too start at the beginning and go one step at a time. Do NOT go around trying to find a girlfriend. Instead just go being friends with girls (but don't be too pushy-you will learn from experience, trial and error is the name of the game). If you are genuine and not just focused on getting in their pants or only thinking of your own feelings, then you should do fine. Eventually some will take interest. A main reason girls like older guys is because older guys are expereinced and emotionally mature enough to handle relationships. Follow the above advice and you will be ahead of the game.

hey mike, im here in ny. what i did in HS should work for u as well. first do not groom yourself....go to school looking gloomy not smiling wear bummy clothing for like a month. no haircuts or shaving just as homeless or ur whole family just died and u r all alone ...act real real quiet and sad.
so after the month is up, over that weekend, pick a cool hairstyle, wear ur new cool hip shirt, great jeans and brand new sneakers. and u gonna get noticed as u walk down the halls. ONLY TALK TO BEAUTIFUL GIRLS.
this worked wonders for me my senior year. good luck

first, you need to build up some self-esteem. some girls like shy guys though, so that shouldn't be a problem. all girls look for different things in guys. looks, personality, the way they dress, and or how well they take care of themselves. some are shallow and are concerned how the package downstairs. some are not and actually look at how you treat them.(romantic, kind, caring, etc.) just find a nice girl who will, in a fantasy world, like you for who you are and not care about anything else.

Take the glasses off first. No-really take them off.
Just be yourself. Do you like yourself? You will find someone that likes you for who you are then your foundation to a relationship is set. Make sure you are not ignorant, go to college and get a great job. Always remember son, women like money too..

I am not a girl, but I was in a similar situation as you back in the day. if you don't get out there, then you will get passed up. I just had to get the guts to go ask, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.

Forget what they like and concentrate on what they respond to - weapons and threats against their lives and families. I guarantee you will get the girl you want, but maybe only for a little while. Better than nothing.

well for me i love guys that are funny,good personality,and have confidence.try not to be so shy.trying talking to more girls.dont be afraid of rejection.all the guys that have asked me out i became good friends with.

dont' b shy, its senior year. even if u make a fool of urself its not like ur gonna have to deal w/ it when everyone goes to college.
