I have access to many of my high school classmate's screenname by their facebook, xanga, and myspace. I am in my college now. I want to make new friends with my high school classmates. I am not sure if it is okay to im people from your high school looking for a new friend. I personally wouldn't mind people from my high school iming me to be friends though. If a person says "How did you got my screenname?" or anything like that, does that person want to talk to you at all? How can you tell if a person wants to be friends or not?

I meant, I have access to their aim screennames, and I want to get to know them better, like it is okay to im them on aim? What would would you if you were me? Would it be awkward?

Yeah, Those are people that I do not even know and want to get to get in touch.

by the way, I wasn't successful to make friends in college so I am trying to connect with high school people.

me n my sis used to be relle close. we are only 2 years apart. but now these days...she is a couch potato. she sits at the computer with the T.V. on the side and talkin on 2 phone at the same time. I on the other hand, I am all out of being active. i do cheerleading, gymnastics, and im on 4 softball teams. She complains because I always hang out with our friends out here and they all want me to hang out with them b/c she never comes outside. i live with my dad and she lives with my mom and she thinks i am stealing all of her friends. is this my fault? i feel kind of bad.

drugs since he's been around 14. Not just w/ pot that would have been an easy problem. Its been w/ everything form oxycotton to heroin to sniffing glue. We have had him in alot of different programs. conseling, detox centers, rehabs. He moved away down south about a year ago. Called me up said he was seeing a guy but he's not gay. I told him know matter what were behind him. I got off the phone dumbfounded. What the heck dose that mean is he just experimenting? or just dose not want admit it? or is it just an excuse for being unmoral if your gay your gay and thats understandable I understand your born that way but to me being by-sexual is just a excuse to be able to do what you want when you want w/ who ever. My husband said maybe thats whats been wrong w/ him why he has been trying to self medicate because he did'nt know how to face his emotions. How ever is he still not facing his emotions or is it just an excuse?

Ive known this guy on the net for over 4 years, we can chat for hours and i feel closer to him than i do to some of my friends i hang out with. Over these years i beleieve ive found my soul mate and have fallen in love with him. He tells me he loves me too. I know things could be very different in person, but do you think it is possible to find love on the net? A big problem we have is distance i live in uk and him in usa. I was with my ex b/f for 3 years and 5 months, our relationship was far from perfect he cheated on me gave me an std and treated me like a mug... but all the time we were together I did everything and anything for him but, then a light switched on in my head and I questioned what why i was with him.. I realised i did not need to be with him as all he was doing was ruining my confiedence and knew he must not of loved me to treat me the way he did.. i finished with him and moved to back home... He has changed and I can see it without him saying anything.. we met on friday and we had a laugh like we always used to cos even though he hurt me in the ways he did we were always close and we were like brother & sister.. nothing happened on fri but when we left eachother we gave eachother a kiss on the lips and we were flirting a bit.. he said that i looked stunning (i was in work suit).. he wished things could of been different... does he love me?

I reconnected with a longtime college classmate male of course, we've have been talking for about 1 year, just general conversation, I am married and didn't tell my husband about him. I've been out of college for 17 years now, this man has 4 children and with longtime girlfriend for 20 years. Recently the gf broke into his email and phone records and found that we have been talking and text messaging, mind you the emails are general in nature alot about our lives and children, school, this woman has now contacted my husband, he emailed me yesterday and immediately after the email she called me, ranting and raving, and the email was simple as " how is work and school going". somehow she has put spywhere on his computer so whereever he signs in on any PC she can see what he writes, I have told my husband the truth about this person, that we are only friends, but my husband seems to be interested in what she has to say. What should I do about her.
