If the feelings aren't mutual then the guy wouldn't flirt and if there is a sort of chemistry between the two then he would be close to you which would rather make things obvious.

First of all, don't forget that men are dogs. I am a father of four grown women and I've always told them that. I even told them that I am a dog too, but a good dog...you know like a Labrador.
Anyhow, to get back to your question. Don't lead her on, it could backfire and you would just wind up hurting her. She should be told that she is loved, but in a different way. Tell her the truth, and be nice about it. That is the way a Labrador should act.

Be honest with her and explain your feelings towards her. Let her know that you like her too much to be romanticly involved. But maybe the future may hold something. The main thing is honesty .

I would explore the situation, and use her to build my ego. In the end if she is good looking, i might give her a chance, but i will warn her that our relationship will not go beyond my constraints.

I'd do my best to chat her into a knicker removing frame of mind.
Then I'd razzle dazzle her.
Then I'd make arrangements to do it again at a future date, not too far into the future.
