Im really interested in this girl at uni, but more than anything just wanna hang with her

ive invited her the last 2 weeks to do something (pub/club), but she was busy on both days (Family photo, and was at her nannas) I beleive 100% she was.

both times she said sorry, and that next time she would go.

She had a Boyfriend 3 months ago, when he was last brought up (dunno if they still together),

I wont and will never do anything to break em up, or do any moves, more of just getting to know her

each time ive said im gonna be here, wanna come, rather than just inviting her to go out with me. that bad?

I wanna invite her out again this week, but realllly dont wanna sms, which is how i have invited her out before, and i wont get chance to see her at uni.

bit nervous how what to ask on phone, and if i should ring back, ie if she is at work and doesnt answer.

I know she likes me more than a friend, even if its less than a bf, i often see her looking in my direction

I've known all my life that my mother didn't like me basically because I was born but I never thought she would go to the extent to telling my 3 young kids that (all 3 under the age of 11). Now, I refuse to let my kids around her. This is a woman that has given birth to 5 children and only has 1 left that will even talk to her. She has no remorse whatsoever on throwing away her own 4 children. She tells me to get over it and to stay out of her life. Now she wants to take me to court for grandparents rights, how well do you think that would go over with the judge? Would it be stupid of me to let my kids around her knowing that there could be a chance that the same thing could happen to them? Your opinions would be greatly appreciated.

I've met a man who was the executive chef of the Hotel I stayed in. I went out only once with him but was impressed as he was really kind to me. When I returned, he said that he wished to be my boyfirend. He also told me that he was married and had a daughter but was living seperated for 2 years and trying to get divorced. He did not give any other detail about that. I told him that I needed to think for some time. We kept in contact by sms and e-mail within this period. He is one of the most famous persons in my country in his profession, so I know he is busy. But, one day, about a week ago, he wrote me an sms stating that he had to go to Germany for 3 days and that the mobile could have been unreachable. His sudden going to Germany made me think that he was lying. Now I think that he is not seperated, and also that as he is in the tourism business, he has many girlfriends. Hadn't I told him that I don't trust him anymore, he would be in my city this weekend to see me.

last night I asked him to bring me some jello from the fridge (he was already in the kitchen)

Out of the blue he says: " the dirtiest, most tasteless and the ugliest jello?"

...apparetly he didn't like the color and flavor, but to me it was so pretty - light pink strawberry and kiwi, sweet and lemony, it was so lovely to me...

I got so sad about the words he used, I yelled at him and warned him that this is the last time - almost everyday he says something mean. I clearly stated that if he doesn't have anything nice to say to keep his mouth shut because I can't take it anymore!

What do you think is his problem?

I really care for him but the chemisrty is gone. I don't feel the same it's like my heart is pulling me in another direction. I want to live on my own woth my two boys. He 's their dad and he'll get to see them but as for me I don't want him anynore. We've been together for eight years and they were difficult ones for me. I can't take it anymore I feel like I'm suffocating. I need to get out but I don't want to hurt him. He scares me because he's always saying that he can't live without me or he's nothing with out me. He's worrying me because he acts if his life is over without me. Trust me I wish that I was making this up but I'm not. I could never forgive myself if somthing happend to my kids dad. All I want is to be happy but with him I am not. Need advice please, have a heart no harsh remarks please. Thanks.

I haven't seen my grandson Dakota in 3yrs. I miss him sooooo much and think of him almost every day. He lives with his mother, Stacy Haines in Davis County, Wapello County, Monroe County in that general area in Iowa. Iowa doesn't have Grandparents rights so I don't know where else to turn.
