I haven't seen my grandson Dakota in 3yrs. I miss him sooooo much and think of him almost every day. He lives with his mother, Stacy Haines in Davis County, Wapello County, Monroe County in that general area in Iowa. Iowa doesn't have Grandparents rights so I don't know where else to turn. On dissability so can't afford privat investegator or lawyers. If anyone can help me, PLEASE email me.

I would start by going to whitepages.com and looking up the mom. If she is not listed, I would then start searching the public records in Iowa to get an address....and pray...you will find him.

Go to www.google.com or www.yahoo.com and do a people search. Depending on the age of your grandson, you might be able to find him that way. If he is still a minor, you can do a search of the mother. Once you find her, call and see if you can visit. Most of the time mothers are understanding about grandchildren and know how important grandparents are. I am a mom of 4 and I know how it is with my children and all the grandparents and great-grandparents. Other than that, I don't know of anything else that you can do accept maybe putting an ad in the newspaper of that county or the paper on line for that area. I really do believe doing a search of the mother will get you where you need to be to find the grandson. If there is still a father of your grandson or other family members on the mothers side that you can remember, do a search on them as well. Good luck...
