I don't mind this person, but I can tell that this person is threatened by me. If I come to class late and sit in the back, there is no problem...but if i raise my hand, ask a question or make a comment in class, then this person has to outdo me. I wear makeup to class, and even though this person has already said "I would NEVER wear makeup", now she wears make up to class...
She MUST sit right in front of me..answer ALL of my questions to the professor, and has to tell me something each time I attend class, like "what you said was interesting..." or "hey, you look familiar..have we met?"
Why is she bothering me? What can I do to ease her tension? Once she's eased, then she won't have to be worried about me....

So me and this guy have been friends since the beginning of time. So he gets this new girlfriend and me being the person that I am I dont like her from jump, but he starts to get real serious with her. He takes her to meet his parents, grandparents and now shes starting to hang out with our normal crew. We all went out yesterday and we were just acting the way we always do and suddenly she says she feels like the outsider and decides to call up one of her friends. She tells her friend we're being mean to her and we don't like her and stuff. We dont like her but you would have never been able to tell. So she starts whinning and asking him why he wont stand next to her and act like there together. Just so you know we're playin POOL. Me and him where on a team together and we kept winning so everyone was taking turns playing us, and shes like "When are you going to play with me?" Give me a break. She's jealous of relationship. Someone please advice me cause im 'bout ready to kill.

My stepfather has raised me since I was 5 years old, and my real dad has also been around. My stepdad has been there for me more then my real dad has been. My real dad is cheap and thinks only about himself. My question is who should I chose to walk me down the aisle? Everyone thinks the traditional "right" way would be to ask my real dad, but then people feel it should be my step. As far as my stepdad I don't think he'd do it. He's not really into those things and I heard my real dad would be crushed if I didn't chose him. When he heard I wanted my little brother to do it he was very upset. I don't want to upset anyone or make anyone feel bad. What would you do or have done in a situation like this?

ok, I had this friend. We were best friends for two years, and now I decided to not be friends w/ her becuz she was becoming too needy and a snob. But now she keeps on bothering me, emailing mi family, and acting like nothing is wrong to them. She comes online last night and tells me I missed out on a great friend, when she's not even a good one at all. She's has become too slutty, needy, and nasty for me. She has too much of an attitude and keeps bugging me and mi family. What do I do to make this selfish person stop?

I was thinking if every family had a family member that they only saw once or twice a year, for weddings and funereals, or the occasional holiday. Like, they would live in another city and be caught up in their own life, so they would rarely visit, call, or write home. I think I might become one of those types of family members in the future because of where i stand now. But it doesnt worry me. Does every family have at least one member that is like this? Is it common?

I have been seeing my boyfriend for a year and a half. Until recently he has never shown any interest in my space or instant messaging. However, some of his family created him a my space page. At first he was only "talking" to family and friends from his local hometown. I was a little cautious about that in the beginning but then came around. My problem is he has started "talking" to other people like from other states especially girls. He refuses to use my space when I'm around and swears it means nothing to him and he couldnt' care less about it. Should I believe him? Or be cautious something else might be going on? He's never given me any reason before now to doubt him. I love him and enjoy being around him. But I'm not sure how to approach this situation without losing him. HELP!

When we were first dating, I aggreed to stop chatting ( with anyone ) because it made her uncomfortable that I was flirting too much. She took out a payday loan in my name,steals my mail and my money, and mooches off of me.She is not only stealing from me but from my 1 year old son when she does these things.When you catch her,she always has some story that makes her the victim.She loses jobs and places to live constantly,but thinks she is better than everybody.We all live together with my parents.I am saving for a down payment on a house so I cant move yet.She also threatens to call social services and make up lies about the way I treat my son if I call her on anything she has been doing (stealing,etc.)I dont know what to do anymore. I feel like I am the older one. I told her if she continues to do these things that I would not only cut her from my life,but from my sons life.But then she told me how immature that was and that I was a piece of sh*t.I am really at my wits end here.I want to love her but I dont even like her at this point.Any advice would be really great.And please, no sarcastic or vulgar responses

My friend has made many bad choices and I see her about to make another one. She has 2 kids with 2 different guys. 1 child she lost custody of to bad choices. She has been living with her sister for 8 months free of charge. She started dating this guy a few weeks ago. He does drugs and I think he only likes her for 1 thing. She is talking about moving into his RV with him.
I really dont want to watch my friend make another mistake. I am afraid she is to stubborn to listen to her sister or me about this.

I am not romantically interested in any of them but like to hang out with them. None of them know about any of the others but they know I have "friends" there is one guy not any of the three that I really like.. but not sure if it will go anywhere . he comes over and we talk when he has time. he has a beautiful 2 year old he devotes his time to and on the days , nights he does not have her he meets up with me.. A very close man in my life is in the process of a divorce. It was an 8 year marriage, no children or property involved. He works full time in the automotive industry which we all know is in BIG trouble. He has been laid off about half of this year already & has made many many thousands less this year than previous years, including last year. She works part time for a school district as some type of aid or babysitter while parents are in school or something like that. He continued to pay her car lease & insurance until the lease was paid off & then she came up with the cash to pay the bal. of $7,000.00 off. She left him almost 14 months ago & they had seperate bedrooms for 5 years proior to her moving out. During that 5 years she had at least 2 different boyfriends and is currently living with a man & moved right in with him as soon as she moved out of the marital home (a rental). He hired a firm in Southfield that claims to fight for men.
