My co worker is white and her husband is Puertorican... She tries to act like she is Puertorican too.. How do I tell her she is White!!!! When she speaks spanish she even talks like a Puertorican...

If you want to cause drama at work then just go up to her face (no email...you want nothing in writing...no proof) make sure no one around can hear and just tell her: Dude, your White.....
