I've always been the black sheep of the family, and now have moved 45 min drive away to live with my fiancee and son - recently I have not been informed of my nan going into hospital (although I lived with her for over 12 yrs) - havent been told she has gone on holiday for a while - and havent a clue when she is returning.
I visit her regualrly and telephone her 4 times a week for a chat. - so we are close
She recently had a stroke and I am concerned that there is something more going on than people are telling me...
My family are not exactly close, so asking is not an option

What do I do?

I'm having huge issues with my company not submitting child support payments. There is a court order to have it taken out of my check and i just got a letter in the mail stating that i'm a few thousand dollars behind and that I'm going to be reported to the credit agencies. I have all the proof that these deductions took place and can get no support from HR or payroll at this point. It's a waiting game to them and they don't recognize the issue. I work hard to maintain good credit and good standing with child support so I need to do what legal rights do I have and should I contact an attorney to help resolve these issues?

-Men will only change for the worse after moving in together or getting married (and the woman will not change for the worse). Of course, she comes to the relationship much more civilized and responsible than the man.

-Women rule the world.

-It is man's job to be the major breadwinner, do 1/2 the chores, and fix/update the house, and still have the time/energy to be romantic.....because I bear his children.

My boyfriend of 3 months is really sloppy when he eats, always has left-overs on his face, always spills things on himself and the table, hardley ever used a napkin, doesn't know the rules about equal portions when splitting food. I just don't know if I can deal with it or how I would go about improving the situation. My brother noticed it and said, you have to help him with his table manors because it was very noticable. I don't want to change someone, but I think that this is something that is going to bother any girl he is with. Should I try to help him, or just end it? Other than the table manors, he is not as affectionate as I am and kind of shy, but very kind person.
