Help, I have a 15 yr old daughter apple of my eye really sweet, kind & she has not had a close relationship with her Dad, (we are divorced) Dad has suddenly appeared in her life giving her wrong values overly materialistic buying her a cellphone & IPOD& telling her to lie about having them. Long story short he is undoing all my parenting & now my child has chosen to live with him and has no contact with me as she says I am mean since I won't overindulge her. She has 2 older siblings 19 & 21 who have tried to speak to her and their Dad to no avail. He is setting her up for ruin. Court did not help as she is able to choose where she lives and as a teen she chose where there are few rules and no discipine. Her grades are dropping and her Dad takes no responsibility & says the school is making too much of grades and is being unfair to her. Will she ever grow up & return to our home where me & her siblings live & realize she needs to be back in our home home? Heartbroken and Shattered Mom

ok...i had some stuff to happen with a guy that is a little older than me this weekend. i really like this guy and havent talked to him since. i dont get to see him a lot. i dont know if what happend was just a one night stand thing. how can i find out? p.s. my friend told me that she can tell that he likes me because it takes someone special to sit on his lap because he dont just let anyone. i barly know this guy. i found his number today on the netbut i dont want to call it because he is married but him and his wife argue all the time and if they arnt argueing then they are on their own side of the house. she is cheating on him and he knows it. he says he is going to get a divorce. i have these feelings for him bottled up inside of me that i need to let out and the only way i can let them out is by being with him. i cry at night because i wish i could get them out. any suggestions

hello everyone or whoever is reading this I feel like a piece of **** right now and I don't know what to do it's like the whole deal is I have very low self esteem and I don't know what to do about it I've tried the doctors and the medication and bullshit and had therapy but it doent work really Im not askin for help but just for u to listen I dont even know why Im doing this but its late and everyones sleeping I cant sleep and I feel horrible hopefully typing this will help me feel better see I was abused as a child and everyone has always had something to say about me never the less at school and even in my own family and home I could never get any support in any way and right now I dont live with my parents anymore and I still feel like a piece of **** and I dont know whyand all its like no matter how hard I try to feel better about things and make myself it doesnt get any better no matter what I do and Im living with my boyfriend right now and his family and theyre incredibly nice and a very loving family and they respect u a lot and it's like Im not used to it despite how long about 5 months Ive been living with them Ive been trying hard to accept them and the way they treat eachother and everything it drives me mad and into further depression I know they have said to me that they were here for me but Im just not ready to open up and have to let them in it's so ******* hard because I have avoidant personality disorder and I like to avoid people and close myself off to things bc Im scared it's been a struggle and will keep being a struggle until I change until I start to love myself but I hate myself I undeniably hate myself I want to not hate myself and everyone keeps telling me how to love myself I listen and try but it doesnt work for me yah know it sucks so bad any ideas anyone

his spouse found out that we had an affair n now he said we have to separate for a while. we had promised not to separate no matter what but y is this happens. each of us are married with kids and wkg in the same environment. now i'm confussed and really missed him a lot. i really luv him too much. can't eat or sleep well. i felt like crying each time when thinking of him. for a week we have not see each other.

I have six girlfriends. Few years back, we used to go out, hang out, at times we do overnyts in each other's house and talk til wee hours in the morning. But 3 of them are already married now, the two are getting married, too. If i plan that we meet for lunch or even coffee, they are all unavailable because of their status. It just felt weird that they find fulfillment in getting married. I have a boyfriend but I don't see myself getting married anytime soon. Everybody seemed so excited with the thought of marriage. I personally don't. Being single gives me fulfillment and I want them to realize that.
