he didnt kiss her but he gave her a gift.. he's not emotionally connected to her, he did what he felt was his obligation and nothing more.. unfortunately she is dealing with a man that either has no clue how to show his emotions or intimacy.. or her marriage isnt as solid as she thought it was and she needs to find out why..

without kissing her but the thought of gift to celebrate does mind alots to a man rather than completely forgetten.

That doesn't mean anything. Some guys are shy.. did she try to kiss him. If she did and he kissed her back than it is ok but if he didn't, then he has someone else....tell her to watch him....
