Unfortunately it all comes down to stereotypes - black, hispanic, you name it are all stereotyped as having bad behaviours and they like to cause trouble. Believe me I know that this is not the truth. Cops get into that profession to get on a massive powertrip, they think they own everyone. As soon as someone questions them they get punished. It's bullshit but that's just the way it goes. If more people pulled together and did something about it, it might change, but then again it might not, ya never know with cops.

In my town the cops harass whoever is doing something they're not supposed to be no matter what race they are. They don't seek out a race to follow around. If it's a problem where you live...you should probably talk with the mayor or something.

all cops don't harrass only black people but if u noticed that they do seem to in your town, and u don't live in a very big town you'd better believe that the mayor knows about it so that's why they get away with it.
call a newspaper ( not a local one from ur town ) and tell them and get everyone u know to tell them also and maybe the cops will stop doing that.

Intelligent police profiling means going after that group of
people who have been committing the crimes and are most
likely to be engaged in crimminal activity...
That being said..
Why would the police be keeping an extra close eye on the
black people ?
Think about it...
When checking people before before boarding aircraft, should you double check swedish grandmothers or Middle eastern men in their 20's...

Maybe some of them (or all) grew up with racist parents that taught them to be racist trust me some parents do that but I feel ya on them bein racist they harass my brother when he did nothing
