It seems like a person can go through "a crisis" at any age.
Personally, my most significant crisises were at ages 23 and 31.

well, since 30 is not middle age, then it would be before a middle age crisis. but you never said why you were thinking this, and what have you done to think so???

But I guess it can hit one at any time, if they're discontented.

here in India, midlife is at 48
