I'm 32 and my wife is 26. We've been married 6 yrs.We never argued or had problems. We are financially secure.we have a 4 yr.old son. To my surprise my wife announced she wasn't happy . I found out she 's been seeing a older man who is 48. She confided to a friend that she is not attracted to him but he has lots of money. We are in the divorce process .I have been informed by several people including my atty. that although she committed adultry and has been seen in public with him even though our divorce is not final yet; that in the state of Tx. my chances of being granted custody of our son is next to none. Is this true? What can I do? What are my rights? Any suggestions?

i have this really good friend and we're both really good friends with this guy and he likes her and it's pretty obvious that she likes him too(i dont like him we're just friends)...but every time she asks me to hang out with them i always feel like a "third wheel"....it's not like i'm obsessed with hanging out with them but if i completely stop hanging out with them they're gonna know that somethings wrong and they're my best friends...i hate feeling like a "third wheel" when i'm around them is there any way to feel less like a 3rd wheel??

I have know this man for 15+ years. He is married w/ 3 kids now, and I just have 3 kids w/ a donor. With in the last year we have taken our friendship to the next level...(sex) He says that he wants to spend the rest of his life w/ me, but hasn't done anything to break away from his wife. Now there really isn't anything wrong with their marrige, besides the fact that it seems to have lost it flames, it excitement. He tells me that in order for us (me & him my kids maybe even his) he need to wait for the right time to let her know. He wants to make sure that we can live comfortable. I just don't see when there is a good time to tell someone that you are leaving and by the way I have someone eles. I don't think he could leave her unless she found out about us, or she was doing something herself. Is this just to see if the grass is greener on the other side, just to get his sexual needs taken care of. I rather him just tell me that, then I wouldn't get my hope high.

She is only starting her senior year in high school. In order for them to afford this apartment, she will be working two jobs, one during school hours at the school and one after school. He will be working one job. He is a high school drop-out, I don't think it will work, I am afraid she will drop out of high school as well. I don't approve of the whole situation, do I tell her?

my friend whos on the same birth control as me (ortho trycycline lo) just called me and ask me if i got sick from the bc or my boobs hurt and i told her at the begining when i started them i was nauseated and my boobs were a little sore well shes at the end of her first pack about to start her sugar pills and she and her boyfriend have already had sex without a condom do you think she is pregnant? her sister told her everything she described was what she experienced when she found out she was pregnant please help!!!

Do you ever think about some little thing that bothered you so much that it turned out to seem worse in your mind than what it really was in the first place? I seem to do this all the time, and its hard for me to just relax and not let stuff get to me....and its just little stuff like a friend forgetting to call me back or something like that that I get all worked up about in my mind. should I keep it with me and give it to them when they're old enough to take care of it? Or should I gave it now to their mother who kinda implied to me she wants it in her house, but she doesnt even care about her own photo collection, they're just scattered everywhere. I took a lot of time effort and money to make them because I love this kids like they are my own.

my stepmother literally hit my dad upside the head with a old coffee can and cut his face and made his tooth swell up. he left her for a few days and then went back to her. that wasn't the first time she has hit him and it really scares me because I am afraid that one day she is going to kill him. He worked another job for 30 years and retired from that one 10 years ago . We bought a new camper then ( never used it ) and were going to travel , he is farming the family farm but now he doesn't want to go anywere .
