about 2 months ago my now ex-girlfriend took our 2 children to see her family for a week, we where living in new hampshire and her parents where in vt. she called the day she was supposed to be home and said she wasn't coming back. i had to move out that day because my name wasn't on the lease so i had to move to maine. we had joint custody of our son who is 2, our duaghter is 6 and not bio mine, so i know there is nothing i can do about her ( and i hate it) she has never known her dad, she is the product of a rape. i haven't been allowed to see them and their mother is allready having them call the guy she ran off to "daddy", and she has let him sleep in the same bed as them. i have a lawyer in vt and he told me i have no leagel right to my son in vt, even thow i am his dad and had 50/50 custody. what do i need to do to get my son back, what does a father have to do, i know go to court but how do i have to look in court what do i need to do out side of there to get him back help me.

I need to leave a bad relationship. Don't have $. If I stay in this town I could walk to work (car is dying), and keep my med ins but would not have any friends. If I move in w/ my friend (who lives in another state) I will have to start all over again, finding a job and waiting for ins. (I need med ins for my depression- which gets worse in the winter), I would have to drive atleast 30 mins for work, but I would have a friend around. I am so confused but with winter coming soon I feel like I need to decide soon! My work history this year has been horrible (because of my depression and other issues) I am afraid it will take me a long time to get a job. I can only live so long on my credit cards as I am falling deeper and deeper into dept. Please help. I am so confused!!!!!

I've noticed since being married or in another relationship that some people get a kick out of trying to destroy that relationship. This is an undiagnosed problem with society or an issue that has been unaddressed. Even though this person has serious issues themselves he focuses on only yours as if he could find someone better for your partner; in all honesty that person couldn't and they are just not happy with their own lives.

I go to a Catholic school and the kids there are really rude. I feel like no one understands me. I have been going to one since I was in 1st grade and now I'm an 11th grader. Last year's homecoming, this girl took away my date and grabbed his hand and told him to dance with another girl. He told me later on that he'd have rather danced with me, but he still went and listened to them. Also, these guys in the lunchroom were throwing chips at me and one landed by my neck and hair and it was really greasy. Also, people spread so many rumors about me and most people believe them, but they are all lies. Also, some guys think that a guy would have to be desperate to want to go out with me. Well, I have had a few bf's in my life, and they were really sweet and said I am pretty and they liked me as I was and didn't care if I fit in or not. I start school in 2 more weeks, and I am already nervous. I want this pain to end. It hurts SO much. I never did anything to these people. What should I do?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for a year, and have been friends for about 6, the problem was he used to be one of my brothers friends also. But me and my brother are very close in age and we have a lot of the same friends even today. My borhter will not talk to me or my b/f at all anymore, he seems to think that we only got together to hurt him, not b/c we really honestly have feelings for eachother, which we do. We currently live together and are so happy, but we would both like to be able to hang out with my brother again, or at least be cival with him. Also my brother is going around and trying to turn my mom and dad against us, and it is really hard to deal with them because they are so negative about our relationship...i feel like im losing my family what should I do, and leaving my b/f is not an option.
