Do you ever think about some little thing that bothered you so much that it turned out to seem worse in your mind than what it really was in the first place? I seem to do this all the time, and its hard for me to just relax and not let stuff get to me....and its just little stuff like a friend forgetting to call me back or something like that that I get all worked up about in my mind. How do I stop?
