I have this best friend, who is a straight male, whom Ive had a crush on since high school. Well, this past Sunday we went out to the bars and on our way home, he kissed me on the cheek. I'm so confused now. I dont know if it was the alcohol or if he secretly likes me in return. He has told me if he was gay, he would date me. Its all Ive been thinking about since that night. Please HELP!! NO homophobic or close-minded answers please!! Thanks!!

We have had quite a few problems. Like i've had a public display of affection problem and an internet problem. I don't think i have been treating her like she needs to be treated. She is now staying with her father and not staying in our apartment and refuses to come home and work it out because she said she had tried for the last year and it did not work. I don't expect an overnight change but i want to know if there is a way to speed up her recovery? i really want her back and i really love her with all my heart and the time i have spent away from her is really killing me and it was a wake-up call! How can i get the most wonderful person i've ever known back into my life? :( someone please help me!

When my boyfriend was younger his parents exposed him to drugs, a life style where he could do as he pleased (he was an only child), and so on. Now being a single mother myself in a 1 yr relationship, I wonder wether or not he will have the same responce with our future kids or even my current child. I also wonder wether or not it is a healthy relationship possiblity. He also has had a past (somewhat current) around drug distribution. Its never around my child or myself and he sayes once his clothing store is open he will stop. Will it ever stop? Does it mean he doesnt love or respect me if he does it knowing my feelings? As far as the relationship right now there isn't any problems other than this. His kind, sweet, affectionate.. I couldn't ask for more. But I have a huge feeling his career choice and past will make for a bad future....???

I have a friend, not a best friend but a guy that I like & get on well with, well enough that he feels open enough to tell me about his relationships... Not that this is a very secretive subject for him. For the entire time I have known him he has not said a single nice thing about his partner, he has always talked of wanting to finish the realtionship but never has, & he has cheated on her numerous times with out ever coming clean/being found out. When his girlfriend and I met we hit it off very quickly, spent enormous amounts of time togehter and have become very close, infinitely more so than he and I. It seems that I can not be a true friend to both of them, if I am a true friend to him then I feel I am letting her down, if I am a true friend to her then I am betraying his confidence in me. The situation is complicated further by my feelings towards her and my belief in our compatibility. I'm not convinced that my divulgation of this information would be entirely for her benefit.

I signed a prenup when I got married recently, my husband said it's because the laws are horrible in Louisiana. I wasn't happy but I did it. I feel alot of anger and resentment over it. To me it's not a real marriage if we can't be equals. He's not wealthy and I'm not looking for money. It just feels like we will lead seperate lives and that he doesn't truly love me or trust me. It hurts me and I don't know how to deal with it.

my best friend used to cut her arms up everywhere but she quick after i kept telling her that it doesnt change her situation , it doesnt let her anger out because she would be mad still after she cut herself, ive talked to her about it, ive did almost everything i need to do, i just cant find out what else is left for me to do. almost everything isnt enough, i care about her but i get so mad at her. she knows that cuting herself just leaves nothing but a hole in her arm and alot of blood to clean up.what the hell is there left for me to do?? i know there is something. and just rite now i got a call from her and do u know what she ****** told me?? that she cut herself and i wont stop bleeding. shes coming over rite now because i told her i wanteed to talk to her about a lot of things. i just dont know how to word it.

I like this one guy, but im good friends with one of his really good friends (the guy i like and i aren't really friends-we've talked a few times (and he seemed interested to talk to me) but hes a year older than me and we've never really had a chance to get to know each other really well) The thing is, i think my friend likes me. and i dont like him and I dont want anything farther than being friends happen because i dont want our friendship to be ruined and us be wierd around eachother. Im just worried that IF the guy i like likes me then will he tell himself to forget it cause his friend likes me? and I'm so shy around guys so the idea of taking a step and try to get to know him better scares me because Ive never had a real relationship with anyone and im scared of rejection. what should i do? should I suck it up and ask him to the next dance? but then even if wants to what if he says no because of my friend?
