How do I ask a girl out without freaking her out?

Some girls I know get freaked out when all of the sudden there asked out. The girl I like has a great personality aand smile. Were great friends and hang out alot but i want to be more.

welll, make sure u sort of know each other first, then get her by herself, (i hate it when a guy asks me out when my friends r around) and just say like 'i really like u. maybe we could go somewhere, sometime?' and if u r just asking a girl out even if u have never met her, i'm not completely sure, but whatever u do dont use a lame pickup line like 'do u have a band-aid? cause i just scraped my knee falling for u' because that will leave u single for a loooooong time

If you know her, just ask. Women like self-confidence. Don't act desperate or needy, however. No one likes clingy. Ask he out in a way that implies that if she says no, then it is no big deal -- you have other options and you know that one of them will say yes (don't actually say this out loud, just act like you believe it).

If you don't know her, walk up to her and say something about what she is looking at or doing. You can start by making a light hearted joke about what she is looking at, or maybe what she is wearing. It may seem strange, but picking on her in a good natured way imples that you are confortable enough around women that you are not afraid of rejection (self-confidence) and that you have a sense of humor. If she freaks out, then you didn't really want to date a person who had no sense of humor anyway. You can also make fun of yourself, because it also implies self-confidence (don't over do it).

If she freaks out just because you asked her out, then she is too crazy for you to date anyway. Act as if it didn't bother you and go talk to someone else. Not all women are the same.

just ask her straight out but dont make it sudden but dont give hints that just gets us girls confussed and dont try 2 act smooth that can b rlly stupid and sometimes corny lol just b nice and caring and ask her straight out like what u could do is if u were talking u could b like hey do u want 2 go out with me or u could txt her a messege if ur 2 scared 2 face her...

Lol - don't do anything freaky, tell her you like her, ask her out 'will you go out with me' - and don't come on too strong. Too freak someone out you'd have to do something freaky wouldn't you? Unless you're a freak, just be yourself. Good luck.

just start the conversation with something that u both share such as sports or interest in academics. then ask if she wants to hang out doing the activity or whatever..
