Yes, there is what is called a payment calculator that allows you to enter certain financial information and gives you an estimated amount that you may be entitled to. Forgot what the website is as I have not used it in years but I'm sure if you type in Child Support calculator it will come up in search. It allows you to do it by state as part of the whole thing too so it is a little more specified that way. Good luck! Hope this helped!

In Georgia it is. 18 to 23% for one child. 23 to 28% for two and 28 to 32 % for 3. Of the mans gross before tax income. Thats not counting having to pay all medical expenses and insurance. Plus any other perks the mother wants to add on. And the mother gets all the tax deductions. Also in Georgia the mother always gets the kids no matter how bad she is. A mans only chance is if the mother goes to jail. But I live in a state that is stuck in an old era.

every state is different in Wisconsin it is a percentage by how many kids there are for one 17% for two 21% of there gross income unless the the ex's agree to have a certain amount each month.
When I was in TN it was a set amount each month one child 189.00 and two 425.00.
It all depends where in the States you are living and if you are trying to figure it out call your local child support enforcement office and ask them to break it down for you.

In TN, they take into consideration the number of children involed, the incomes of both mother and father(based on gross income), and and certain cost of living expenses. Support payments can range from 23% to around 51%. I am on the old system, that takes only my income into consideration and I pay 40% of my income for 2 kids.

no it goes by how much income the person has that you are suing for child support . Also, how many children that are involved. If granted child support,it only lasts to each child turs 18 and then it is terminated and your amount goes down.

It depends on what state you are in-- google it. If all else call your local DHHR and see if the have a bureau of child support enforcement. Or...you can call you local family court or the circuit clerk's office in your district they can direct you to where you need to go. Good Luck!!

It is determined by how many children are in question and how much in salary you make. I know someone with 4 children that pays 1,000 a month...he doesnt make much per year. I also know another man that pays 1,200 a month for 2 children because his salary is higher.
