Someone who shares my interests, enjoys my company as much as I enjoy hers. She has to have an oppinion too, a relationship is two sided, she has to want to have a part in it too.
I also love a sence of humor and adventurousness. Someone special and unique.
Physicaly: I admit I like attractive girls, but not the "cover-girl prefection" look. I do love a set of pretty eyes though.

When i first met my girlfriend she smiled at me and i went over and talked to her and she had the most beautiful eyes and she was so hot man I'm looking at her right now!! WOW
