It's your home, you make the rules. If your mother and brother wish to get together, you aren't stopping them. They can meet anywhere they want to, some restaurant, or your brothers place.

1. Take him to a seedy bar and let him hook up with some trash. Then he'll stay at her place and maybe want a trailer of his own.
2. Introduce him to gateway drugs, like dope or glade. He'll be too busy getting high to hang around.
3. Convince him that he's gay and make him play catch up by selling sexual favors to pay for rent. He'll never be around.
