how old is your younger brother though? if he's still quite young and still can't support himself, then i guess you need to be considerate enough to let him stay. but if your young bro's old enough to stand on his own feet and earn a living, then he needs to get a good kick in the behind.

Why does your mother live with you? How old is your younger brother? Why doesn't your mom and brother get their own place?

And if you can tell your mom in a polite way - she is still your mom - it's my house and I make the rules. It's only fair, especially if she's not helping with rent or any bills.

If you support them both and he's a minor than you have to understand. I dotn think u will have the heart to kick tehm both out. There is really nothing you can do. But if he's over 18 then ask him to leave

If it is your house, you have every right to allow/not allow anyone you want into your home, regardless of who lives with you. If however is is your mothers home, then you are s.o.l.
