She always wants to meet at her place, wants to control the remote most of the time, always picks the movie, suggests how I should dress, and won't even kiss me until I've shaved my beard and brushed my teeth in the morning. She even went as far as to tell me to shave my chest hair and to get an extra job just to earn money for a trip that she wants to take to Cabo (we just went to Mexico 2 months ago). If we marry, she wants me to sell my house, and move to her neighborhood. She said that's non-negotiable. I live in a pretty nice house in a good neighborhood. I am starting to think she's just too controlling... :(

I love this girl to death. I wanna marry her. she wants the same, bu ther parents have got some issues. I began talking to someone online several months ago and we decided that I would fly out to meet him after I felt comfortable enough. Several weeks before I planned to fly to see him, I met someone in my own city, and we began dating. The local guy "Ted" knew that I would be flying out of state, and I decided that I would just treat the out-of-state guy "Bob" as a friend, and nothing more. Well... me and "Bob" really hit it off, I spent a week with him and fell head over heels. "Bob" and I considered dating long distance. My trip to see "Bob" ended things with "Ted" here and I continue to talk to "Bob" everyday and he is planning to fly to see me within weeks. The delimma is that being with "Bob" would be very difficult seeing that he lives several states away, and I don't know if I could handle that for long. I really miss "Ted" and he is asking me to give us another shot, and I want to. At the same time I want to know if me and "Bob" could work. What should I do? I'm torn. :( help!

i like this 17 year old. he works with my dad and comes over every night. the first night i met him i told my mom at soft-ball practice, that i that he was soooooooo gorgeous and that i really liked him. at first it was a fling, but as he kept comimg over,spending the night, and getting use to him, i think i've fallen in LOVE!!! we always have fun 2-gather and we get along really well.
but one night my dad found out we liked each other and he went buzonkers on the both of us...... as in: i was told " If i ever find yall doing anything as in kissing, hugging, touching, or anything like that, I will be very, very angry."......not so good.
then my dad told "MY MAN" that he would never trust him around us if he finds out he betrayed him as a freind and messes around with me.
now we still do stuff w/ each other just w/out any one knowing. ( we're going out) shhhhhhh!!!!

My friend and I have been planning a party for over a month (as you may notice from my previous questions.)

Tonight I was going to stay up at her house and help her clean then tomorrow we were going to decorate. Then her cousin called. So she ditched me, and I drove the groceries up to her house (half hour away) while she picked up her cousin (who lives an hour away) so I waited 2 hours at her house TWO HOURS and as soon as she comes in she says "oh you can go home me and my cousin will just do everything" and I said 'you dont want me to help decorate?!?" and she said "no its okay we'll do it" and then just stood there...so I left.

Basically, I just planned this whole party for her....then paid for half of EVERYTHING and now I get absolutely no say in how the food is prepared and where everything is going. Would you be PISSED?!?! BECAUSE I AM. I understand she wants to spend time with her cousin but....god!

Should I ask for my half of the party money back?? Would you??

My mom has been acting wierd since she started reconnecting with her father. on my moms side my grandma is irish/scottish and german and my grandpa is english and cherokee ever since then shes more detached from us and spend as much time on the phone with him as possible and as a sideeffect she gets emotional and angry when we talk about heritage i understand were mutts but i just want to know about my grandparents but all i know is im half black half white and she keeps telling hes not even full black because hes not straight from africa i just want to know what her problem is so she can move on

i hate the feeling of being the only one awake, and hearing that everyone else is asleep...and then i just stare at the dark walls and feel as though i can hear everything...anyone feel the same way or have any suggestions as to how i can overcome my fear?
