It's very easy. Just give up your value of timeliness because she's going to keep doing that as long as she has you to rely on to get things going in a timely manner. She also has learned that you, once upon a time, found her tardiness to be "funny", and now she's using that to keep attracting you, even though it's a worn out methodology. It's like a lack of maturing in the relationship, and a lack of maturing in her. You may NEVER get her to be on time. She likes doing that in her life, and to you specifically, especially now that it "drives you freakin' nuts". Either accept it, or get out. The latter may sound painful, but sticking around to that immaturity is going to be waaayyyyyy more painful. She's got other similar antagonisms up her sleeve. Trust me. God Bless you.

The great thing about love for men is the challenge of understanding women. So you need to make a study and find out why she is always late. Best way is to talk to her and really listen. Think about what she says and ask further questions.
I am often late because I'm disorganized, remembering things I have to do at the last moment, etc. (I have learned to compensate for this.) Some people are late because it is a power and control issue.
Another approach to understanding: Ask what she gets out of being late. What is her reward for this behavior?

Don't pay attention to it. Find something that you like to do that takes your mind off of it. Don't wait around...actually do something while you wait. Nothing is going to make her move any faster. If there is a special occasion where time is a factor, lie to her and tell her it starts a half hour to an hour before it actually does start. That's not a bad lie when it comes to being on time to something that is time sensitive. And if she's still not ready, just leave and go with somebody else. If she's rude enought to keep you waiting that long, she didn't deserve it to begin with.

Depends on what you want her to be on time for. If it's a movie then tell her the movie starts half hour before it really does. Or if it's dinner reservations then tell her 45 mins ahead of time. She will be none the wiser and you will get what you want. I personally run late and this usually works on me.

Simple. keep her half an hour time before. so if you wanna meet at 1800 you tell her you would be meeting at 1730. and you go there at 1815 or 1830. so by chance even if she is there on time she'll know how its like for keeping some one waiting.
(don't be too late though.)

is she ten minutes late? an hour? if you want to have dinner at 5 and tell her to be there by 4..then she will be on time. just tell her an earlier time so that she ends up coming on time. but if it becomes a big problem it will come down to this: if she really loves you that much she'd change and be on time for you.

Tell her you'll flush all her makeup down the toilet. Some girls spend their whole lives building up their empire of eyeliners and lipliners from the late 80s. I don't know what will work if that doesn't.

Somethings man just don't need to find out. You can't handle the truth. I have always heard that the things that we used to attract men to women after a while it is the same things that repulse us.

Have you been putting up with it? Easy - stop putting up with it. The only way to change it is with consequences. If that doesn't work, learn to live with it without getting upset. Lying about when you need to be somewhere usually works.

Lie to her about what time she needs to be ready. Always tell her 30min. to an hour earlier than she really needs to be. That usually helps because i'm compulsively late and my friends do that so I will be on time. Good luck
