My husband just recently admitted to me that he is an alcoholic. For the past several years I have been telling him he needs to drink responsibly. . .I guess I always knew. No, I did know but didn't want to face the truth. Now that he is sober and attending AA regularly I have resentment issues with him. He is not the man I married, and honestly dealing with all of this I am not the woman he married. What advice out there for anyone who has ever had to deal with deciding to leave or stay; separate or hold on? I want to be supportive but I also want to do what is also in my best interest too. . .

Ok so there is this guy i have liked for so long he has my #. He said that he would call me but he hasn't for month's. We are not together though but he says that he love's me hard and alot. My friend has been showing all the classic signs of depression lately such as losing interest in hobbies, not eating, physical aches, decreased social activity etc. and i know what the cause is and i need to help her. the only problem is my friend doesn't know that i know about something very bad that has happened to her. she needs to talk about it, but she wont. I've tried hinting at it subtely for example saying to her 'you've been sleeping a lot lately. r u all right?' but she wont open up. i'm really worried about her, i know that she's written a letter to each of our friends to be read if she dies. i feel really helpless what can i do to help her?

This is the deal.. I am VERY VERY romantic but my other half isn't.. other then smacking him in the head with a Romance 101 book... how can I help him.. It's like trying to teach an old dog new tricks.. lol

I really like my cousin Brett's friend Alex and he likes me. The only problem is that Brett doesn't want me to date him. He says he's a a**hole and he wouldn't treat me right but we talk on the phone a lot and he's not like that to me he's really sweet and I know he's a lot better than sum of my exs, which Brett doesn't have a problem wit.
